Provexis So three of the six studies are complete. Looks like the MOU is now referred to as a joint collaboration? They are at pains to point out we will be informed of products as and when. Turnover up although not materially and FF+ income some £70k ish net of mktng support. I suspect the delay was due to the SAMR approval for third test. It was 5 months late and with three more to run i am not optimistic of product launches anytime soon. Good to see that the three tests done had excellent results. Looks like the waiting game for another year.

Provexis NOR - fair enough i thought you had more in here.So your comments must be seen in that context. So the “news” is either coming this afternoon or tomorrow. Good old pxs always last minute. I have real concerns about even attempting to fund the MOU out of anything other than profits.Problem is what do the shareholders think?

nest_of_rampers 30 Jul 2019

Provexis I can’t justify the expense to attend the AGM despite my level of discontent . PXS is about 10% of my portfolio .

redprince 30 Jul 2019

Provexis No Wheelds it us not interesting because they are unrelated.

redprince 30 Jul 2019

Provexis NOR … he could and i think it would save him many hours of fielding calls from pi’s were he to have a webinar. However that does not seem to ne his style. The silence last year was terrible and he was having to take a lot of calls as a result. The shareholders are solely to blame. They have allowed the status quo to remain uchanged. I remember calling for a show of support before an agm and one shareholder (Kingroy) showed up. Four times i have booked flights and made the effort and received next to no support from pi’s who only had to hop on a train. My sympathy is extremely limited because of that.

Provexis Ian Ford could easily come on this BB and answer questions, is has being known for other CEOs to do that. Ages since we had a open mic call in. Writing letters is an action that has to come when a Co has slid like PXS has. It’s up to the individuals who are feeling pissed off enough to do so.

redprince 29 Jul 2019

Provexis I disagree with you on this BB, To my mind there is no reason why a director of a quoted co should not be entirely upfront about where his residency/where he is living. Asking about his details on Co’s House is a load of roundabout piffle tbh. Why go round the houses - just ask the question straight? It is a simple enough one!

Provexis redprince: You are making an assumption that he has not been asked directly… No, I assumed you had, and think you said so at the time, but it depends how he’s asked. If he’s asked " Are you living in Australia" it’s subtly different to “Is the info on your residence held at Companies House accurate and up to date” in an email, copied to the Nomad for example. Someone can be in Australia, but still officially UK resident, it’d depend on things like how many days they spend in the UK, how long it is since they were here full time, how many days they work in the UK and a few other things I can’t remember … and I’m assuming residency guidance for a director is the same as per tax rules. The point I was trying to make, but maybe didn’t make clear, is that there’s no point going to the authorities to complain about him saying nothing, that in itself doesn’t break any rules, and they’d just file any complaint straight to bin.

redprince 29 Jul 2019

Provexis BB, You are making an assumption that he has not been asked directly… Fwiw i would not take the word of another on a bb about anything unless i knew them well. I would have thought that being upfront about his country of residence was the least he could and should do as the lack of goodwill and trust between the bod and shareholders is at an all time low. Aimho.

Boring_Bernie 29 Jul 2019

Provexis Where Ford lives is academic, he doesn’t have to be UK resident to be a director of a UK company. Although, if he’s asked a direct question and doesn’t respond to it then he’s plainly being unhelpful. Rather than wasting your time complaining to FCA or whoever about him, you’d be better off contacting him directly and asking him if the information at [link] which shows his country of residence as being the UK is correct and up to date. If he doesn’t respond, then contact Companies House and ask them to check that the data shown on their website for his residence is, based on any information supplied by Ian on a CH1 is up to date. They can’t guarantee it’s accuracy though, so if he isn’t UK resident, but hasn’t told them, then there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, bear in mind that you’re basing all this on the word of a faceless individual ( Farmgal )on the internet, who, lets be honest, isn’t up there with the top 10% of trusted people in the world and could also just be plain old fashioned wrong Failing all that, nick his passport at the new AGM and see what stamps are on it BB

Provexis Sad to say i felt very uneasy about SIS from the getgo and was the first to publicly state my concerns at the shareholder meeting in London. On these bb’s my concerns were derided and laughed at whilst the dot joining brigade carried on. Three years later in Reading and Moon could not look me in the eye - literally.

nest_of_rampers 29 Jul 2019

Provexis Moon let us down , he knew PXS was a mirage more than a going concern so he devised a exit with SiS and left the baby with the greedy ambitious IF.
