Re: Amazing opportunity Fab, Even a one eyed Albanian goat farmer would tell you to tuck away a few of these before the market wakes up!

Re: Amazing opportunity It is always a pity when the Board aren't buyers at 'low' prices. I remember collapse in BOI, AIB and again, the directors were not buyers, although saying that the companies were in fine fettle. Only thing is, we seem to be moving North and that is always good!

Amazing opportunity So the price is still at 12p. I remember a time when this was a tragedy however as it was followed by a massacre, the return to 12p can be greeted with some optimism. We should not put too much faith in the words of our dear leader as the farmout was imminent all the way from 2012 to 2018. I am really considering throwing in the towel here now after 6 years of waiting. Any positive indications from management cannot be believed so I would warn anyone who puts faith in their words to watch out. I bought in at around 2.20 a share and then I watched it climb to over €7 before it went into a death spiral. Sorry guys but after everything, it is hard to keep the faith. I wish things were different and I could be more positive but there is nothing really believable from management and I cant see them not making a pigs breakfast of this whole farmout deal. This company is run for the benefit of the option holders, if it were not our board would be filling their boots. Watch their actions and not their words........TOR said that the stock is a great price but he hasn't bought a single share. I think the market has taken note of this (as it has in the past) and hence we have an "apparently" low share price

Re: Over 3% of the compamy Is it APEC,ENI or Total?

Mamms 24 May 2018

Re: Over 3% of the compamy 3m also traded in one trade on the 18 May in Dublin so they may have built 5% or more. I think they have a week to report.... there is no big sanction for not doing so in any event so we'll find out when it gets out i suspect.

Re: Over 3% of the compamy More large trades at the same level as yesterday very interesting who is awaiting this stock well over 4.4% in the last 24 hoursSenn

Re: Over 3% of the compamy Don't forget that there is €200m in tax credits on the books too.... that alone would be worth around 30c a share.... If BROE is what it appears to be and is shown to be such next year, we'll be laughing....

Re: Over 3% of the compamy Huge volume yesterday. With oil at almost $80 per bbl and Pvr holding a net 40% of barryroe independent the reported undeveloped reserves 2c of 340 million bbls, someone sees huge value here, not just the Chinese.J

Re: Over 3% of the compamy Suddenly some interest here and is it APEC or Pageant hoovering up shares? Both want to take this one out but it is a case of when.....

Mamms 23 May 2018

Re: Over 3% of the compamy I very much doubt it. I expect it is someone who lost faith getting out to another speculator and keeping themselves whole. If it is an industry party (APEC or TOtal or whoever) then the sp will go a lot higher and quickly. I still think that any industry player will wait until BROE is firmed up before moving. Also, I have always believed that LOGP is the canary in the mine in this scenario as it will be snapped up first - let's say someone wanted to get 10% of BROE and so bought 25% of PVR - let's assume this drives the price to 35p, if LOGP increased by the same amount, the price of 10% of BROE by buying out all of LOGP would be exactly half the price of buying 25% of PVR. You'd have to believe LOGP would be bid up more than PVR (by twice as much) otherwise there is no logic. PVR has a broader portfolio and more (and much larger assets). Remember, PVR have €200m in tax credits alone and if BROE moves to production, that's worth €200m in addition to whatever its share of the oil is worth. So the case is that PVR would likely be bid up more than LOGP. No, LOGP will go first if its BROE related.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ------BTW, is anyone an accountant on this board? There are a lot of large movement in figures in the accounts (e.g. corporate expenses doubled -and that's not exploration to >6m), salaries are a lot higher (up 50% at the top). I also note that net assets are down a third (by >30m) we also seem to be owed around 7m from 'joint operation partners' -- anyone know what that is? A payment from Total? I could go on but there are a lot of big movements in the figures which makes me suspicious....
