Re: Long term NDHave pvr taken any seabed cores around Newgrange for signs of gas seepage. Need to make sure it’s not just a seismic anomly. Also did schlumberger do a top seal analysis on Newgrange.Jimmy

Re: Long term Stay strong Mamms ... you are closer now than you ever were ...

Interview Hello Mamms. I would be a lot more positive. Newgrange and Barryroe likely to be both drilled next year. No major move in share price before next year. 15-20 pence possible. Thereafter a rise into the drill date. Dont believe we will be waiting long after Barryroe drill results which may likely include increased reserves from jurassic before Exola is sold off for a hefty load of cash. Newgrange, Spanish point, Dunquin, dunmore, hook head, helvick, Avalon can all provide positive surprises. So expect heavy gains next year

Long term I listened to the interview on Proactive, the sound quality wasn't 100% but I thought the messages were good. Newgrange is advancing- it is their preferred field, Avalon is advancing and BROE is imminent. The problem is that everything is longer term.... Even BROE will spud maybe this time next year while first oil is many more years away. In the meantime, we hope for a re-rating that will value our 40% of BROE at $5 barrel. Given how disappointing the farm-out was, I guess people are figuring that this $5 a barrel valuation will be heavily discounted even if no issues are encountered. So uplift expected end 2019 but probably much less than we'd hope. In the meantime, smaller holders lose patience and the sp stays low.

Re: Barry roe Jurassic Aqua, Old Red would travel only from the Chateau to have his ring kissed!!!

Re: Barry roe Jurassic I don’t like the sidetrack idea. The one-eyed, Albanian goat-herd has been sidetracked for years and one would hope that he might remain focused for long enough to buy back just one of the buttons on the shirt I have lost.I see Old Red was back in Old Belvedere the other day having left his Chateau to tell kids how important it is to fail once in a while. It’s failure Tony, but not as we know it ... I am sincerely glad that his health seems to have improved.

Re: Barry roe Jurassic Fimmy, The seismics indicate a Jurassic reservoir below Barryroe but only a well and sidetrack will tell us how big it is.

jimmy24 21 Apr 2018

Barry roe Jurassic Pvr recently suggested that they may use one of the three wells next year to look at the potential of the Jurassic reservoir which seems to underlie the Barry roe reservoir. While there seems to be something deeper, I am not sure it’s a Jurassic reservoir.Perhaps ND could enlighten as to what he thinks is below barryroe. Please read excellent paper on the NORTH CELTIC SEA BASIN and it’s evolution over time.[link] evidence would appear to indicate that Jurassic reservoirs are thicker to the north of the basin. Is there any evidence for Jurassic sediment from the south, perhaps from the Labide bank.?Jimmy

Re: This evening's presentation Thank you Charlie. One of TORs many faults is his inability to communicate. He should hire you.

Silver Lining! De Donald moaning about "artificially high" spot price and blaming OPEC. A silver lining here and over at Falcon Oil and Gas.....

Re: This evening's presentation Jimmy, Avalon behind Barryoe, Newgrange and Dunquin South on pecking order. If all these come in we will see Avalon tapped.....

Re: This evening's presentation I am not very excited by Avalon at this time because it’s a stratigraphic trap and because of basin inversion there is a high risk that the stratigraphic trap could be breached after oil migrated in and then flowed out during inversion.Unless the oil migration from source rocks occurs after basin inversion might it work,Not convinced by Avo hydrocarbon indicators in the porcupine after Druid well.Jimmy
