I Will take up offer And over subscribe plus bought additional shares in Market last week. No idea what is Going on behind closed doors but Believe The fact that they were able to raise money And that Melody Took part payment And Cenkos full payment in shares must be a good sign. My breakeven is about 50 cents for entire investment. Last throw of dice !!!

My understanding it closes on 7th july, havent made up my mind to buy .... this looks like ponzy scheme. Information is always bullish from management but at the end big bear will pounce on us

Just wondering when is the latest date that you can take up your rights issue shares?

I Would think presentation is just to ensure open offer gets taken up !!

i haven't taken up my offer either. this time i need to see something change. like a well actually being drilled, a deal actually been agreed upon. so far there is no difference between this round of fund raising and the last in terms of the companys outlook. i am sure that there is something going on behind the scenes but as i have not been told what it is i can't judge on whether it is investment material or not. will be interesting to see how much he actually does raise. this company is a living embodiment of the phrase "hope springs eternal".

I rejected my offer and purchased alloted volume + 50% in open market. Obviously if you buy via the offer you are increasing the share capital of the company, but I don't think it is worth the extra 1p. I note TOR said he is taking up his full allocation - I wouldn't read too much into this as I am sure it is a requirement/promise of the fund raise. That said I am now bullish this stock will hit 25p in near term. If I am right,
