As Atlantic suggested if there are vultures waiting in the wings they can either pay full/fair price now or wait till after the druid drill. If it comes up bust then they will get barryroe at a considerable discount as we will have no other option but to sell it. if druid comes up trumps then they will only end up paying the full/fair price anyway. so whats the rush? i hope i am wrong but there will be no deal before druid is drilled. its druid or bust baby. only consolation is that TOR won't get to exercise his options.

If an offer had been made to buy the company then the exchange would have been told. So no offer to buy PVR has ever been made. Unless aim rules are different?

I should add if MAYAN ENERGY confirms the well estimates it could be worth 50 times their current market cap ...not many opportunities like that around these days

L2 is all over the place here at moment haribo ! take a look at MAYAN ENERGY ( LON:MYN) about to get a big bounce up on current well testing

This flies in the face of Ireland declaring they would no longer invest in anything fossil fuel related.
