Year end statement Godot. Should be getting Providence year end results this week. I asked company secretary last week about Dunquin when we spoke and he said he would not be surprised to hear something soon about Dunquin

People exist before they set up accounts on this board. Not too far fetched to think he came across this info and thought it worth sharing and so set up an account. I know I followed the boards for years before only setting up an account a month ago

There have been any number of PVR conspiracy theories posted on these boards BUT here's one that like Dunquin could actually hold water .......... have any of you thought, who is our resident Deepthroat, who is Sully100 ??? Look at the facts, his account is set up only days ago, the day after setting up his account, he is able to reveal the Sequa info, who would be aware of and track down that info in such a short period of time, he then signs off by saying it's a shame the share price is so low due to very unlucky timing, where have we heard that before? This all looks staged to me ........the only problem with the above theory is, we still don't know who the Shadow is !!!

Wonder who these shorters are working for !!!!!!!. Great time to buy

hard to believe this share is still being talked down by people even with what would seem like evidence that progress is being made..............definite shorters in the mix here

Hi JREwing, Not the morning or market reaction i was hoping for so far , The problem i would have as a potential partner to Providence is the present Board . I cannot see anybody with a project of this magnitude leaving TOR Jnr holding the can for the coming decade. Have a look at the level of expertise @ Sequa

Hi JREwing, I know there was nearly a 1.1 billion deal. Not sure if that was dollar euro or sterling, with that Indian company. So valuation is really anyones guess. But its defo a long way from 65 pence sterling. So think with this information that PVR are actually in advanced negotiations or have closed a deal excepting legal work with Sequa I am happy to think that the long suffering small shareholders will have our payoff soon!

Godot, in the past deal was mentioned for $300m. Rough conversion to euro @ 1.25 rate = €240m. Divide that by 65m shares, gives €3.69 per share.
