Apologies, meant $300m dollars not euro

Good morning, happy New Year tp all. Think a lot of what Jimmy says on the technical front is correct, it's the commercial inferences he draws from this that is misleading. Yes, Providence have an asset in Barryroe that still needs developing and that is why 50% of Barryroe will sell for €300m instead of the billions it will be worth once fully technically appraised and developed.

can see there must be people still trying to short the share, selling/buying £9 worth of shares? Cost of the trade would be more. Of course i could be wrong but i think anyone holding a short position on this would be hurt

Well said Godot, he cant see our comments otherwise i would have commented some time ago........ i think he talking nonsense about everything to do wtih this share

Jimmy is causing quite a stir with this but once again, as with the legal case won, he is trying to cloud the picture and make it look bad. If you buy or sell pvr shares and reach a certain percentage it is up to you to declare it to the AIM, It is not up to PVR to track individual shareholdings and declare changes!

Not a bad day! Happy new year.

Just seen what you mean and it proves it further, the seller decided to sell it to the bidder for less than he was prepared to bid......i ignore that information

Godot i dont think the bid/offer mean anything really. I have watched my own transactions go through at a price of £1 for example with a bid and offer either side. I dont recall any negotiation and didn't bid anything less than the £1, i think they just apply a spread although not sure how its calculated. Buys and Sells mean absolutely nothing to me.

I don't understand how a trade goes through at 80 pence when the offer is 82?

Well the way this is moving we could hit 1 pound again pretty quick. And if a deal has been done it will shoot way past 1.60. Just think that with only 65m shares the deal only needs to give a NPV of 107million for you to break even. And last year they nearly did a 1 billion pound deal!
