I agree with you, but in August, September lot of shares been brought; definitely >100K worth os shares is been brought by II's which isn't reflected by any RNS. Since July if there is no RNS related to sell / buy, I suspect foul play.
Sharemate on the basis of what's on the company website, the link you showed with JPM having recently sold a bundle is wrong. The company website says they hold 3.91%, the same figure as written on the last rns about them which was last July
Anyone know how much ACC Imvestment held before today's RNS?
[link] in an rns from sea energy today logp was mentioned along with barryroe. Legacy assets We are aware of the continued decline in the market value of our interest in Lansdowne Oil & Gas PLC based on its share price, despite its successful farm-out of the attractive Midleton acreage to Kinsale Energy Limited. We remain confident that Lansdowne will achieve a farm out of its Barryroe discovery, and believe that following this event, its share price should recover and there may be an opportunity to commence our exit from this investment. We note that if the Lansdowne share price remains below our carrying value we will be required to make an impairment provision to the asset value of Lansdowne in our balance sheet, with a negative effect on the reported results for SeaEnergy. Any impairment provision would reverse in the future, as and when the Lansdowne share price recovers and would be treated as a non-recurring item.
jrewing it took me more than one read to show the heartbeat . ive been watching this space of years. i hope we get something official soon.
@ Sully, thanks for the "PG" warning on the link yesterday. Nearly hit the roof when I read it at first, had to read it a few times to figure out that TOR still saying the same thing. Does "watch this space" rank higher than "nearing completion" in terms of a deal being done???
Thanks Sully. Bit about Newgrange is also very interesting. Its only 400 meters below the surface. If 4000 meters takes anywhere from 60 to 90 days to drill this should only take 6 to 9 days i.e two weeks with testing. See transocean rig rates down to 300k per day. So drill may not be that expensive
okay on first read i panicked and thought a deal was off. but we are still negotiating at least[link]
