I know share price is based on supply and demand, yesterday and today there are lot of buys but price is still suppressed. Does any II's selling there shares without getting reflecting on buy n sell trades? can someone advice me how it works.

Hola Spuddy, bought a small amount yesterday on ISEQ @ €0.77. As I've said for a while, think a deal has been agreed and is awaiting final signatures. Only worry is whether the bond issuance was successful.
