at this price surely it is cheaper for sequa (who crucially have never denied an intention to farm in) to buy pvr than to give them cash upfront. feck.

we are being dumped on from a height. institutiaon selling i guess. god this is gut wrenching.

If ACC is dumping there shares they would have done since last week and can't see many sells yesterday. Foul play in place, someone should be dumping the stock else it wont be available for cheaper price.

This has been a most interesting journey. The current Share Price defies common sense as a few more knowledgeable people than I have posted on this and other boards, never mind the bloodbath yesterday. Threw in the last of my available funds at this stock yesterday. Never a good idea to re-enforce failure, but this stock is a siren and behaving very strangely.

If I was in ACC I would have been very eager to get these shares off TORS prior to the finalisation of this process.It is reasonable to assume (forget all the fear, de-ramping and b/s that some of our fellow BBmembers love to spout) the value of the 6% will be higher in the future than it is now, hence ACC get an amount of their loan to TORS back in the form of the shares asset which will rise in the future.

TOR - Bluffmaster at work, he releases something positive RNS and immediately an RNS (negative) released

I suppose TOR announced the RNS the other day in a effect to keep the share price up today, knowing that six percent was going to hit the market.

Does anyone has idea why the price comes down even after large buys?

TOR SNR´s sale announced via a late RNS and a vague RNS regarding Barryroe commercial conditional deal have left us all high and dry. Can TOR justify his 500k salary along with the rest of the BOD. We have absolutely no idea when the deal will close and are expected to Trust TOR whose father has just dumped 6% on the market. Difficult to stomach. All we can do is trust that it is all above board, that the Farminee whom we all think is Sequa won´t take us for a ride and confide in the BOD to restore some confidence.
