Hello there Godot: I believe that a Tie up would be advantageous to all. Mmmmm would hold onto your shares. This will eventually turn around.
Thanks for that Godot, you are managing to maintain postivity where i am beginning to struggle. Granted no news on farmout means nothing has changed in that respect i.e. it is still on. I still cant help feeling a bit negative especially when new brokers expectations on share price are now are 80p as opposed to £6.50 or even £23. I only averaged down to £1.50 then gave up as it felt as if i was pouring money into a bucket with a hole in the bottom. Feels like i am definitely going to lose on this one and am tempted just to pull the plug on it now. Anyway good luck!
I think it would get very complicated. I think PVR will have to inform us that the Sequa deal is formally off before they could get involved.
Hello Godot: What do you think are the possibilities of a Providence-Fastnet-Landsdowne tie up.
Hi Mmmmm, There are a lot of people on bashing PVR but in fairness to the management the oil market has gone through a huge adjustment at a time when they are trying to sell. I think the fact that they have a confirmed bid is great. Hopefully the funding materialises and we all make a packet of money. Alternatively with the equity raise that has just happened the pressure that PVR was under to make a really quick deal has now gone away so that puts them in a stronger negotiating position if the Sequa thing doesn't happen..
Godot, be interested to hear your up to date views on PVR now, cheers
If Spuddy is right that great if not pvr will be gone--Any company with large assets even potential large assets and a very low share price is ripe for takeover --l think this will happen for about €3
I believe these three companies Will merge. Carol Law CEO and TOR Commercial Director. Fastnet Will get 1:9 shares i.e circa 37m shares and Landsdowne Will get 1:5 i.e circa 32m shares to give circa 210m shares in New Providence. This Company could following Petronas middleton drill choose to drill deep Kinsale, Barryroe and Amergin. Positive results following midddleton drill could help finance these drills. If all went Well the company Would be worth a fortune. Spanish Point Would also be on cards. Given recent cut back in exploration we Will likely See a spike in oil Price in next few years as shale gets cut and all additional supply gets curtailed. Dont think Deal on Iran Will work and middle east looks increasingly instable. Alot of big Oilers Will look to buy companies with proven reserves as they find they are short on barrels of oil
I think Lansdowne selling up might work out well for Providence as they may end up with a stronger partner in Barryroe. Fastnet Oil and Gas for example.
Hello there Godot. Think things are starting to move. Deals are on the Cards. Will it be Fastnet or Cairn ???????
