what management and indeed what brokers say. how can broker say it is worth £22 then put value of 0.84p ps on it? who the f+&k knows! true value will be known once developed and sequa sell it on.

i think the problem is no one knows what it is worth. if no one will develop it. its not worth much. if it ia developed infrastructure put in place etc then its worth more than 40m. but people have lost confidence in management, in their competence etc. so no one knows what it truly is worth because they dont believe i

sorry Granto if there are 300 m barrels not compartmentalised then giving a 20 euro profit on 60 euro barrel price and 40 euro extraction cost -- thats an asset of 6 billion euro and these are conservative costs and prices hope my maths are right.

I think that you are right Spuddy, it may well be a move that Sequa will do, depending on the price that they would offer, but if the offer is accepted, then that should set a price for the farm in that they would do with Providence. If they do make a formal move for Lansdowne, then the Providence share price should move immediately.

Say you are correct Phonner. Think Sequa will take over Landsdowne as part of this Farm Out Deal. So we may have to wait a couple of weeks yet. But getting closer I believe
