may be the ones you call dustbin mistake in the dates, but they were wrong in the assessment of events? This may mean that what they wrote would be a reality when the deal will be concluded after all

I think its an understatement to say that the market view on this share incorporates a near complete failure of the BR F/O process. That being said, any positive development has to move this significantly as the entire downside has been factored in already...IMO

as we were told there is huge interest in Barryroe so why is it that the only taker is company with no track record and ran by a fraudster. Still believe this is all pending a Sequa Buyout of Landsdowne prior to a Farm Out. Difficult to know what funds are available to Sequa. It appears after discussing with some fellow board members that US$126m of the Bonds were issued to roll over exist Loan (not sure how much of this was actually spent) US$95.6m are presently being offered to investors outside USA and any of these Bonds not sold will be cancelled following a period of 6 weeks, US$75m was paid to Sequa Petroleum and additionally Sapinda Asia has agreed to subscribe for US$62.5m of additional Ordinary Shares in Sequa Petroleum NV. So it is all up in the air still. Believe though Share Price will surge upon news. This share is way undervalued for many reasons as we all know

Phoebus we are at 5% of that figure now. Reality is that space cadet has zero news to release to shareholders. What happened to opening up to the market in a few weeks or a month. Also not a word from there trip to Scotland to visit Cairn in relation to drilling SP. Why am i not surprised!

It can and will move just as fast the other way if this silence continues. What are the chances of Barryroe being a dud. Where are the oil majors?? and the 3 firms that took interested after the share placement, as I feel Sequa do not have what PVR needs to get Barryroe to production. We need an oil company with a proven track record. Not the 2 Kursty's drip feeding info just enough to keep us hanging on while they collect their cheques. It is actually a disgrace how the BOD do not share the pain with the rest of us, salary cuts is normally one of the first actions taken by a company in financial difficulties.
