A thought - would PVR be of interest to Shell for the tax credits alone? I know they have plenty of tax credits as a result of delays with Corrib but you can never have too many, and I presume they would get credits in excess of what they would have to pay to acquire PVR.

Mamms, I think they sold it in two chunks..the second chunk being 800,000...it occurred to me that the first chunk was just below the 3% threshold for mandatory reporting...
