when last quarter 2014 Maurel Et Prom made aproach to bye PR, the price per share had just 60 percent above the price range in which the shares were traded at the time. I suppose now is hard to find somebody who want to pay 1-1.5 for share with 23p market price.

Cantor says 68p for barryroe post farm out. Doesnt sound like they expect a good deal.
