I think the POO is dropping so quickly that our friends in the Shale business will not have time to restructure etc which will hasten their demise...quicker the better

With An October date for Bank as assesment of credit lines To Frackers drawing closer it Would be Great To see WTI Go down into 30s. As Frackers suitability for loans Is based On asset values with Oil Price at circa 30 the Frackers are banjaxed. Expect to See US output at 9m And falling By Christmas. OPEC likely To cut production 2-3 percent thereafter

I don not want to mis quote but basically, I took it that the lack of certainty in forward oil prices rather than the low price itself is causing a major headache for potential partners. LOGP are optimistic that at some stage a deal will be done there is too much proven value in BR for it not to be developed. PVR are working very hard and counterparts are still in the room so (no surprises) it is ongoing, I am paraphrasing what was said.
