Good Mamms very well interpretation, woul you be keen pvr
Presently we are all in the dark. There are many possible scenarios. I disagree with Mamms though. I believe that the Institutions and PIs will provide funding through equity raising If required. However this would Have to be on the back of a deal on Barryroe or Spanish Point and possibly The exit of TOR. Maybe a Deal is close at hand on Barryroe or for the gas there. Providence has alot of costs that it can write off against Future revenue flow plus excepcional ly low tax rates on Its finds. I believe a way will be found out. Remember TOR and Board announced in December that a deal had been agreed on Melody loan in December 2015 subject to agreement By BOD. Providence may go for an equity raise for 10m i.e 100m shares at 10p. I would invest if deals are agreed and Management reduce Salaries and start to treat shareholders in a desired fashion
I believe Mamms assestment to be accurate and the only thing that can avoid this outcome is a "surprise deal"
Meant to say...LOGP has to find 20% of settlement or PVR is going to have to find c.$9m.
If you look the debt is not high, 15 million Melody + 7 million court case = 22 million usd, earlier companies bid 300million for 50% of barryroe, but the situation is different because of current market scenario. I cant let you know how much we will get but assessing these we are in safe place for takeover. All big boys are behind procuppine basin so its quite attractive, TOR should able to close with decent figure.
If we are taken out then our price is the price of our debt then? Shareholders wont get a say ? @sharemate
Haribo, PVR has advantage of better tax rate and very good assets which is quite tough to get. Big boys will bid and try to gulp
Has anyone been through this before? Maybe give me an idea of what to expect?
If we go into administration would we be immediately delisted? Would licenses be returned to gov or can they be sold on?
