NEW ARTICLE: Stockwatch: Insider stakebuilding merits attention "With many stocks fully-priced after a six-year bull run, new ideas can require more by way of anticipation â which is admittedly a speculative approach, but if economic conditions stay fairly robust then some such firms will evolve. Re: brokers report True but they still set a 10p price target which suggests substantial upside.Things seem not to have worked out for this once since its acquisition of PPS - that marked the point the shares started to decline.
brokers report Sanlam the broikers downgrade Ptcm and seem dissapointed with the results.
Re: Video He is simply much too old. He needs to go and go quickly.
Video Just saw the latest video by our CEO re the results. He sounded very hesitant and nervous to me although confident about the future of the company.I would be interested to hear other views on the video as in my opinion he did not instill to much confidence
Interims The recent persistent buying of this stock - even on days when the rest of the market has been in freefall - make me confident about tomorrow's interims.
Takeover target? Bob Morton can't be pleased to see the share price sinking back to the point where he picked up 1.34mln shares in the Spring, taking his stake to 12.81% of the company. His motivation for buying quite so many shares when he did continues to intrigue me.My suspicion is that he and David Wright want to make a relatively quick exit from this company by means of selling it on at a price that more accurately reflects its true value. The recent Chime/WPP deal suggests consolidation remains in fashion in the sector. I would be surprised if - at this price - they had not had discussions with some potential suitors. The question is who will bid and when?
Institutional buying I am guessing that the swift bounce back today heralds some imminent institutional buying which tends to have quite dramatic results on this rather illiquid stock.I would be surprised - on the back of the encouraging results - that some didn't follow soon.
Grotesquely undervalued On the basis of the results, and the company's potential, the shares seem grotesquely under-valued.
Re: Re-rating And the RNS will say:-The AGM was heldAll resolutions passedEndFrom this you will probably guess I'm P'd off with AIM. you would have better luck with the lottery
Re: Re-rating goody
Re: Re-rating AGM tomorrow - I, for one, am expecting positive news.
Re-rating Quite a serious re-rating seems to be underway - back at 10p - but could there be more to it? An announcement on the way? Trading ahead of expectations?
