Re: Chart view from Vox Markets Not a big fan of charts myself, but I do know that even with the number of shares Darwin has poured into the market, a fair price is about 0.6p, just to get us back to the mcap when the sp was 0.9p. Holding tight, thinking of adding.
Re: Daily Mail Is it just you and me left then old trout? The last two survivors of a long Darwinian winter emerging from the bunker and blinking in the sunshine? What about Bonker and up protherics? Didn't they make it through? I knew there'd be casualties but I didn't realise how bad it would be...
Chart view from Vox Markets Here:[link] A close above 0.424 is a breakout, above 0.5 confirms. A close above the 200 day MA sends this back to the top of the wedge at 1.2"T
Re: Daily Mail Well the call was made just a few weeks too soon, but this is looking very good to go now with the Darwin stock having been absorbed. First target is the December gap from 0.8 down to 0.72.T

Re: PROX chart Hi Ewan,Agree as regards DPD sale, not defending board but raising money in UK for technology companies is not the easiest. Rights issue would have been expensive and drawn out, placing would probably have been at same price as last years 0.003 so would have not gone down to well with shareholders. Needing finance quickly for expanding beacons in shopping malls and with no sale of DPD, found themselves between a rock and a hard place, so Darwin probably their best bet IMO.
Re: PROX chart Thanks for the reply erdec.Still not convinced that volumes are high enough to account for £2m of new shares issued at such a low price. Even if you're right and Darwin is done, I'd be more disappointed than relieved as PROX would have managed to maximise dilution rather than protect shareholders. And what is the point of blocklisting 300m shares just to issue them all in one go? Very badly handled with more to come I fear. Sale of DPD can't come too soon.
