Re: AGM Trading Update B2 - well, not a bad bounce today at all, and the chart isnt looking bad either (YES there is some room for a bit of HOPE!)! Its interesting that the SP found support around 4.4p, so sentiment isnt too bad really, and more progress soon should be possible, AND its interesting that the SP has been undulating its way back UP from the late March/early April lows of 4.75p - its quite a long way from the 200 day EMA (8p), BUT the SP had broken ABOVE the 50 day EMA, which is a sign of (some) strength - SO MAYBE PRM is working its way back (?).Its very hard to tell whether PRM is a buy again, as I dont do belief (and prefer confirmation from the chart as my signal theses days), BUT to me it is showing some signs of recovery in its (relative) resilience. I bought into OXB in Autumn last year (and IT TOO has had its fair share of let downs too, SO I am not sure I need anymore risk at the mo! and in the exciting Bio sector too, but there may still be some life in the PRM dog yet!I dont want to encourage anyone 'one way or the other' (to buy or not*), but the chart offers some hope, and (to me) its a matter of waiting for a bit of CONFIRMATION to mitigate any possible downside risk - EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY they say! And, as long as PRM can make some MORE money, there will be HOPE, but the fact that there are new directors/management come on board, and will hopefully curb Pearce's tendency for 'over enthusiasm' suggests there is something still of value in PRM.*Please note that is just my opinion, and I am merely going on the chart and what sentiment 'suggests' to me - I dont do 'fundamentals' and could well be quite wrong. I can only wish you and other holders LOTS OF LUCK with PRM - NB - should the SP get back up to the 200 day EMA (8p) the recovery could well mean that it has become a BUY again, with more upside VERY likely! (early days yet! ...so buyer beware!) I also like the saying 'buy low sell high' and some folks unfortunately dont do/forget the selling bit - but therein lies the eternal bug of HOPE!
Re: AGM Trading Update Oh no not another transformational year I can't afford it!
Re: AGM Trading Update Oh that word "transformational"!!! It doesnt have a good pedigree, especially when used by CP, BUT the chart doesnt look at all bad, and PRM has the potential to make more progress - Lets hope 'every dog' has his day. ATB
AGM Trading Update I am liking the word "transformational" although I would have preferred it from Jeremy rather than Christopher.
Re: Hi Michael,Nothing like that, I'm afraid.Having looked at various reports, no mention of PRM.So far it has only been tested on mice. Nothing for humans until 2020, providing trials go well.TP.
"Degenerative Brain Disease Breakthrough" Seems this new tech based on protein management in the brain, Proteomics role in testing, if not actual treatment? Tao protein involved?Michael
Re: Directors share buying Mr Pike exercising options!!!!
Re: Directors share buying Mr F - you are so right, BUT the LOL has a rather lachrymose quality to it as I gather you are still holding this 'baby' - lets hope a miracle comes to its rescue - sometimes they do happen! ATB with PRM.
Re: Directors share buying Hi AR,Having recently taken a look at OXB, I agree entirely with your summation. If I remember correctly OXB has some 10 times the amount of shares issued than PRM.But then I presume that OXB are not dependant on a huge loan facility provided to PRM by their Chairman, that will always have an adverse effect on the share price. If Pierce wishes to see some advance in what is essntially his baby, he only has to convert this loan facility into shares, but I doubt this will ever happen!ATB
Re: Directors share buying Pearce isn't the CEO - LOL!
Re: Directors share buying TP - well thats good, and the SP has moved to the 50 day EMA. although the 200 day EMA is a good way off at the mo - I am frankly not sure about buying in at these levels (mainly as I really dont like Pearce's attempts to talk up the stock - he lacks credibility!) - I felt more confident with OXB, although I am none too keen on their CEO either, or the vast number of shares in issue. We will see soon enough I guess, but a lot of these directors seem totally incapable of dealing with any difficulties, or failures, which seems rather odd to me - all too easily they fall back on belief in the brilliance of their co's IP, and move into a state of hightened denial - rather like too many PIs I am affraid! No names and NO PACK DRILL! ATB
Re: Directors share buying Hi AR,My opinion on broker's estimate was given somewhat sarcastically! But the very fact that these options are in force plus the new appointment to CCO are indications that PRM does have confidence going forward. As always this is only my opinion. All the bes
Re: Directors share buying Hi TP - Ah the brokers view!? Personally I am none too keen on the brokers view (and you probably know why...!) 'they would say that wouldnt they' as Mandy Rice Davies would say! The SP is currenty 4.75p to buy and the broker values it as 12p! ....and what is the brokers job?All that said, the SP does seem to be putting all that 'pergatory' behind it, BUT second guessing the market's view is always a difficult call (please NOTE that the SP would need to be 8.5p IF it was ready to break above the 200 day MA, and 12p is BUT a dream at the mo! - ATB (BUY LOW & SELL HIGH - I like that)
Re: Directors share buying Hi AR,Stock options, in fact.Sould not be too difficult as broker value is 12p per share!
Re: Directors share buying TP - DG was right, (and the SP is around half of the launch price in late 1999), so pretty low! Maybe you have missed something! It will be interesting to see whether CP is tempted to buy any at this lowly price, and go with the (relatively) positive guidance (!), but meatime sentiment is rather stretched - maybe it will be a buy on a tad more weakness (applying that principal BUY as LOW as you can, and SELL HIGH) - ATB
