Re: Another splendid RNS! I'm over the moon with this news. It's also reassuring that there is still not much froth or price spiking around this share, perhaps because this T/O pushes things back a month or two. Hopefully a measured re-rating over the medium term .will now occur.
Re: Another splendid RNS! Hi PB, Yes, another nice update and I hope there is one shortly after PM's meeting with the minister. PM is talking the share price up, but only in the same sense that I would as a shareholder as well (not ramping!). The company is very different to a year ago but this isn't reflected in the share price. We would all like to see a higher share price I'm sure (and that will come with production and digging up some larger diamonds) but PM may fear that if the share price remains low it will be harder to fight off the attentions of a bidder. He wants to see maximum value extracted from PRG and that will come either through becoming a larger producer, refiner and seller of the product (his vertically integrated company), or through building that and then selling to a bidder for what would be a very large profit. Either way, he (and all of us)would like to see a share price reflective of PRG's present position and he'll talk it up. Personally, I think he'll have to wait for production and releasing some positive RNSs about diamond production to get that. Guitarsolo - nice to hear from PM though!
Re: Another splendid RNS! Personally I can't see the need to rise a poultry 500k at this stage, interest of 1.25% PER MONTH, is huge, ad to that a warrant for 5 years at 7p and one may think Philip Falzon Sant Manduca is in bed with the Financers. Obviously this is not the case, still.......I am a bit suspicious of a Executive Chairman THAT WORRIES SOO MUCH TALKING ABOUT SHARE PRICES, rather that mine operation.I would love to get a bit more news about Mine operations, in stead we get news of share price, finance, loans, warrants, and comment about how this share price is undervalued again and again. If the sp is undervalued DO FRINKING SOMETHING ABOUT, CREATE VALUE FOR SHAREHOLDERS NOT FOR LENDERS.
Another splendid RNS! Debt financing (short term) of £500,000; Philip Manduca meeting Minster on 22nd June for approval; and initiation of further share buy-back. I especially like this:"Paragons share price, in my [= PM's] opinion, should already be in double digits, and I have no doubt that it will be shortly after production commences. I am also aware that poor price action can fuel rumours and negative perceptions amongst existing and prospective investors, and I am determined that this is not going to happen whilst I am involved with Paragon. Shareholders and the market should view this short term debt facility principally as a mechanism for the Board to remove any shareholders if they wish to exit, promote positive sentiment around the share price at this important time and ensure that the Board transition the share price in a strong and proper manner during the coming weeks, thereby enabling a more efficient share price valuation to emerge.
Re: MM's ....... again !! Hi there Plucker........ 'fraid to say they (MM's) don't have a criminally wide spread on the share by whim..........always a reason for things. and having put oodles of prospective buyersoff why would they 'fish' to sell to a couple of naive sellers ?Some have said that Obtala still have a slug of PRG shares to get rid off and MM'sperhaps happy to take them at a pittance price.... so that may be why the shareprice itself is so baffingly low considering PRG's massive prospects into thefuture with TWO diamond mines to empty ?? !!!Do agree with you that patience is needed because of the shennanagins. I have been in EMED for more than 8 years where investors are on the cusp of a decentshare rise.... but still not completely in the bag.Best rgds to you and all PRG holders.Dufi.END
Re: MM's ....... again !! Hi dyfiman, Volume looks pitifully low to me, just 311k shares (that's £17,000 - I know this is the AIM but that is tiny). I don't have any great insight into the MM's behaviour other to guess/ surmise that it is in their interest to have a wide spread and to inexplicably bounce the share price up and down hoping to catch a few folk out. The volume isn't there to make it worthwhile to trade. I would just wait for company news to move the sp. It should happen, even if we have to wait into 2016 for some proper mining results. Guitarsolo - trying to be patient
MM's ....... again !! Just tuned in to see how jolly well PRG is doing. And what do I see?A depressed share price and a whopping 17% spread - obviouslyto either catch the unwary, thinking of buying in, or it's a deliberateexercise designed purely to deter peeps from buying a slugin a company that soon will be digging in two diamond mines. Not one.... but two !!Would be glad of the views of others on WHY there's such a monumentalspread and what, exactly are the MM's are playing at.****** NRgds all (and remember, shovels in the ground out there in Lesothowill be a feature of life for PRG in 7-8 weeks)END
Re: Market Makers' Games ......... and the MM's are still at it Mr Guitarsolo............. (re. your last post)they drop the price in the hope that PRG holders will be spooked andsell out so MM's can get cheap shares to satisfy entities that are in the backgroundand desperate to get as much equity in PRG as possible.Yet the facts are simple - PRG looks all over to be a big successbarring any unforeseen calamity. And the MM's, ultimately, will haveto recognise the fact and rate the share upwards to reflect what'shappening out there in Africa. Two diamond mines will be on streamquite soon, with financing from the Dubai Royal family ALREADYin the bag. So it's a bit of a no-brainer really and what's happeningright now with the share makes the MM's look very, very silly.Rgds all holders, Dyfi.END
Re: Market Makers' Games Forgot to say, Buy Buy Buy!!! It the MMs are stupid enough to try and spin these shares, take advantage when the price is ridiculously low (aka 5.50p). This is one of the best chances of a multi-bagger that I have seen for a while.
Re: Market Makers' Games And there we go again! Was up at 6.25p this morning and now showing at 5.50p. Low volume (>£30k for the whole day so far). MM playing games and shaking the tree. Hold tight!!PS. I wouldn't hold a stop loss on this share with these sorts of lurches happening. (Just MHO)
Where's Spongebob6? There used to be a poster on this BB called spongebob6 who had a substantial interest (c. 1m shares) and gave valuable input. His posts certainly led me to investigate and then invest myself. But where has he/she gone?! Tis a shame to lose the input of PIs who have some valuable knowledge and ideas. It's only by sharing our thoughts that we can hope to close the gap to institutional investors and level the playing field a touch. SpongeBob, are you out there?!
Market Makers' Games I've noticed the share price moving around quite wildly but on tiny volumes (e.g. 2000 shares for 5.5p in the morning and then 1500 shares for 6.25p in the afternoon. I mean, who buys 2000 shares in a penny share company?). The tiny volume to me suggests this is the market makers playing games to try and shake a few investors either out or in, activate a few stop losses etc. Well, they won't be having any of my shares until the price is considerably higher! Oh to be patient, patient Guitarsolo. PRG will be mining by Christmas and then people will start to sit up and take note.
Re: Proactive Inv. Interview PM sounding as optimistic in interview as he does in his emails. I'm a little bit over-invested really for the balance and aims of my portfolio. However, I am loathed to top slice too soon as I think the 2-3 year horizon for this share is very positive. Production at both mines is now scheduled for Q3 (rather than Q2 for Lemphane) so we may have to wait until the end of the year for some good production news. Like Schmolo, I think it will only be news of some large stones that will lift this share price. Fair enough I suppose. Too many investors have been burned on the hope of jam tomorrow so it makes sense for others to want and wait and see. For me though, this is definitely worth an investment because the upside potential is very healthy. Guitarsolo - holding almost 0.2% of this baby so would be very upset by any dilution.
Re: Proactive Inv. Interview In 2 - 3 years $ 170 mil. in revenue at $1500/Crt. Make it 200mil $ for a net pr. above 20mil £.This look to become the next GemDiamonds.
