Half Year Report One of the bits I liked was this:"Sales have been flat in 1H2016 of £384k compared to 1H2015 sales of £387k. However, this does not bear a true reflection of our performance. The Group has won significant orders in the year to ADD [my caps] to a current strong order book of £1.9m to be delivered by the end of 2016."The company is living on a large amount of debt, but previous announcements are for instance for 15m 'frameword agreement' ongoing with a German blue chip, so it seems it is now growing fast, and MAY have reached a tipping point.Furthermore the loans are from Falih Nahab, major shareholder and presumably related to CEO Faiz Nahab, so you could say the management have skin in the game. The latest 20m loan pays 10% interest -- I don't know if that is a fair rate, but I guess it is high risk. Repayable in 3 years, by 2019. Hmm. Interest payable in shares at the option of the lender. Hmm.But they are evidently in a period of growth, with sales in UPS systems in Germany and battery-type storage for renewable energy operations eg in the Orkneys. So I'll give them a Weak Buy BUT:I don't like the structure, or the recent resignation of the founder Meltzer (aka Melczer), or the debt, or the feeling that this is a family-owned firm with a listing, but I do like the products and blue-chip clients like Siemens (NB on Meltzer's CV) suggest someone has done some diligence and reckons it is a long-term prospect. You would not buy UPS installations from company you thought might not be around in 5 years time, In My Humble Opinion. Another sales announcement would push the SP up, also imho.DYOR and post the results here!
Re: unable to trade currently Piece of good luck, mine didn't, think I might have a little top up now though!

Re: unable to trade currently mine went though in a couple of minutes at 5.5 so it doesn't seem to be difficult to trade just not via the normal process.
Re: unable to trade currently reluctant to deal with a negotiated order through online broker but succumbed in the end.
Re: unable to trade currently Me neither, I can only place a lmit order, which I did at 5.5. A snip! Will let y'all know if it goes through. Mind you this happens to me quite regularly on AIM. This is with Charles Stanley Direct.
unable to trade currently tried buying a small amount this morning and have been unable to trade for the past 40 mins or so. curious - does not appear in auction . some delayed 'LC' trades are showing though ??
