Re: Rising on very small volume. I like to see a slow rise AK, as it deters the Pump and dump investors, and day traders. In my opinion, once we get the news of the new sites being commissioned, which can't be far off, the price will start climbing at pace.

Rising on very small volume. A very good sign to see this rising graph ahead of the next set of excellent news for Plutus. We should be breaking through 3 pence soon at this rate.

Re: Current Operations vs Valuation Gap!! The running of the five new sites must ensure borrowing is kept at a minimum, If or when they complete the number of sites they want they say 35, I'm wondering what the companies income will be, They also have a interest in Solar energy, so Plutus is not a one trick pony. What we have to remember is, this company is still in the early days of development, so commissioning 5 new sites before the year end is one giant step in the right direction, and should really push the shares northward,Has to be a really good "Buy" and "Hold"

Current Operations vs Valuation Gap!! KEY RELATIONSHIPSThe keys to success are land, asset funding and grid connection, and Plutus PowerGen enjoys constructive relationships with partners in each of these core aspectsProperty DevelopersWe work with developers to secure suitable sites in the south of the UK.Land OwnersWe are able to secure attractive sites through our relationships with land owners including London & Devonshire Trust and Associated British Ports.Reliance EnergyWe have a formal partnership with Reliance Energy to share solar generation sites (SolarFlex), and to raise funds. When procured, each project will be developed by Reliance Energy, and constructed and managed by PPG in return for a management fee. The equity in each project will be split 70:30, with the majority interest granted to the party that successfully introduces the site.FundingDebt MarketsThere are emerging opportunities to provide development capital for management contracts.BanksWe have strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions to provide debt financing.Third Party InvestorsContinuing to work actively with other potential and credible investors. The Company agreed an indicative partnership with a Big Six utility company to fund 20% of future renewable fuel and gas powered projects in line with the Company’s strategy to own 80% of future flexible generation and gas powered projects. At present Plutus has 1 (20 MW) site commissioned; also 6 sites (120 MW) permitted and under construction; with another 5 sites in pre-planning, and whopping total pipeline of 35 sites totalling 700 MW.It doesn't take a genius to work out that the current valuation of the Company is not reflecting the above. There lies a great opportunity to the canny investor. GLA.

Sites Nearly Ready. [link] on the link above to take you to the Plutus Twitter feed. With the photos of engines being installed at their Crumlin site, comes the quote: "...and don't forget our Rockpool sites are nearly ready; here are engines being installed at Crumlin."There you have it from the horse's mouth. What are you waiting for? Sub 3 pence is going fast.

Re: Great News year end with 6 sites fully operational, and judging by the images on Twitter and the web site, one or two very close to going live, it'll be interesting to see where the SP goes. Depending on whether news comes out one site at a time, or we get 3 or more in one hit, we should see the SP rise sharply and maybe a retrace once all the day traders and quick profit lot have finished. No idea where the SP will end up though. I'm thinking 4 or 5p but who knows, that's just a guess. We're at 2.2p with just one site running, with 6 it could be more than 5p, all depends on how the MM's view it.

Great News They now have a major Blue Chip company on board to help Plutus grow, and with new sites to be commissioned within the next few months, further income will help expand and open more sites,The only problem I see is finding suitable sites on which to build, but at present everything is one way traffic , with plenty to look forward to.As mentioned, when the new sites are operational, then a re-rating must be on the cards.Looking good

yawn yawn Yet more good news. How is this not being read about or followed? Tucked in my ISA and SIPP drawers for long term gains (not that long actually as I reckon we will be significantly re-rated soon)

The opening salvo of finance news. ".......JCB Finance Limited, a member of the RBS Group, who specialises in providing asset finance in connection with the acquisition of JCB equipment......" It seems to me that as well as asset finance, there will need to be other forms of funding for purchase of land and the civil engineering build-out of the gas sites, so I would expect more news on the finance front to complete the picture. We have the asset finance sorted. We need someone else for the other funding. We are talking multi-millions here. One figure I have heard with regard to another company in the same line of business is the cost of £12 million for each gas site to be fully set up. Perhaps JCB/RBS is doing the asset finance and a third party of similar street-cred is going to provide the remainder of the cash, perhaps on a 50/50 basis (£6 million each).Four sites will be costing in the region of £50 million to deliver, probably. If Plutus can pull that sort of finance deal off and stay faithful to its pledge of no further dilution, viz no more issuing of shares, then I can understand that the directors are highly excited about the future and so we all will be too!!So, expect more excellent news in the near future.

Re: RNS It's the access to RBS asset finance that is belt and braces here too. Great back up for fast development with no finance worries. Big tick here.

Hodgeyd 04 Sep 2017

RNS More good news and future planning on PPG's part.A tie up with JCB is a smart move, UK based for UK power rollout, and not just for supply which is good news.So much to come from this company in the future, short term and long term.

Re: Our directors Old tosh is still tosh, and some outlets produce only tosh. As peleas has already said, Ignore. Winny will have tosh on his face shortly, when he is proved very very wrong on Plutus. But it is all his own tosh.

Getifu 02 Sep 2017

Re: Our directors If here is no truth in the article then I would expect our Directors to take action as it appears to be liabilous.

The light is about to be switched on! I expect significant news in September, whether or not the prediction of news on Monday is right or wrong. The Market is completely in the dark at present, but that is all about to change. There could be a stampede into the share, once the light is switched on and people can see the value here going forward. A fantastic share to be in short term, medium term and long term. GL
