Lawrence13 if u want to sell 3000 u should sell now
I bought the share on 23/2 If I sell today do I still have the right to buy? Can someone answer me? thanks?
watch the market move we can anticipate the outcome
usually there will be a leak
my broker say they will release the results tomorrow, not today
Looks like a bid by Sapinda to secure a larger chunk of the business in the event the vote is less than 75%. Administration no longer an possibility. Existing shareholder dilution still to be established. Looks like a board decision at the eleventh hour.
yes, i have voted yes but I am urging everyone here to vote yes and quickly. Last date is tommorow
Due date for vote at TD Direct is 20 Feb. If you haven't done it yet, make your mind up time is nearly here
Allywag, hope you have voted yes
Urging all posters on here to quickly vote yes before we all liquidate to zero
Gupta/Madsuh, hope you have voted yes
Hmmm. Thanks
Another question is assuming the vote on the 16th February is yes how long does one have to decide on taking up the rights issue?
Hello folks. I received my almost shabby looking rights issue vote today and have now voted yes via my broker. Here's my question though. I have 17000 shares and I believe at 157-1 that gives me a rights option of around 200,000.00 shares at 13 grand. Now a couple of questions: I don't fancy throwing another 13 thousand quid at this thing as the rewards and disaster potential is enormous. So if I do nothing and sell my rights issue I take it my current 17 thousand shares just stay the same and get diluted or am I offered 157 new shares for every current share I own?
Any views on o/s bonds.I noticed 600,000 traded on 4/02 @89.25 and again twice on 6/02 @93.
