IRC Open Offer I wrote to investor relations for clarification on POG's position going forward. They will not be subscribing to the open offer, so their IRC holding will drop to 35%, and they remain the sole guarantor of the ICBC loan. Risky - since potentially they could be in a position of responsibility without authority. As long as the children are running IRC they will have influence, but what if an outsider were to take a controlling interest?I presume the open offer signals the end of the putative partnership with GN etc.
Re: Spreads..... Texas has authorised the repatriation of their gold held at the NY Fed citing a lack of trust in the paper based monetary system and concerns that there are more paper based claims on gold than there is gold bullion. Austria, Germany and the Netherlands feel the same way so could be a turning point against the manipulation of the gold price.......go cowboys POG needs help !!
Spreads..... Brokers making a mint out of this.... POG might be due a sunny spell as various world uncertainties unfold.
