Paul Hunt I agree with u opinion .I will be waaiting No bcoz I don't trust 2 P's.In my view both of them planned this to grab Pog.Even if this RI go thro then they will create IRC debt problem and GN not paying. So probably ask shareholders for more money. If they have good intentions they should not be taking 5 % fee and should have pledged to hold new shares for at least 1 -2 yrs. Also I will vote No to kick P and his son out when ever opportunity arise.
Hi all. Been reading these discussions for a little while now, and just registered so I can ask this question, as I have limited understanding of some aspects of what's going on. Question is: what possible benefit do those who plan to vote no hope to accrue from doing so? Surely that's a guaranteed way to lose everything, so a better plan would be to take the 12-13p on offer now and run, rather than hang on and kill it? Seems to me then that the potential no voters must be hoping for something, and I'd be interested to know what it is.
Quick question, since I have not paid attention to the board for a while. The EX-RI Date is Feb 27, correct? I bought shares via Deutsche Bank in Germany. Does anyone know when I will be notified that can purchase shares? I would love to buy some more shares here, but I don't undrstand the process ;(
Friends - If pog overpaid to BH then they should get money back or SH consider approaching FSA to investigate POG accounts
I think 25,278,133( probably =12.97%) and < 5% indicates they have sold lot of shares.
