this BOD wont do anything .. they only have excuses and bad news... if they were so confident of their abilities etc,,, why have none of them been buying stock... because they only want free stock and dont want to waste the salaries you are paying them .... if they have 1 million dollars worth of stock for free .. even a 50 pct dilution gives them 500k of free money... they wont risk their own cash in the company .. which goes to show in my view where this is going ..............!!
