No Longer Haunted Ghostbusters successful +++ excellent work +++ wonderful +++ thanks +++ cheerio
Problem The main problem here is that for the past few years all the Directors have done is to raise money on several occasions to pay their fees. They have achieved nothing by way of finding an investment. PRS will change this and hopefully get rid of the current parasites.
Re: 2017 Bison Energy is a possible IPO from PRS - it is looking to list and will need further finance so I can see a fund raise from PLMO to effect this
Re: 2017 Wech, I feel that 2017 could be transformational for PLMO with PRS holding some 24pc. PRS will want to do something here and I expect to hear soon that they will reverse something into it. I cannot see this being another investment company picking up bits and pieces of small and insignificant holdings - there are several of these around already including PRS itself. PRS have a few unquoted investments so PLMO will fit the bill and I suspect that PRS would have been preparing for such an event since taking there stake from existing holders effectively suggesting that the then directors were not looking to develop the business. It could be quite an interesting year and worth a buy at current levels IMO.
Re: 2017 I had an email from PLMO saying 'a lot of things are happening'. Could we have the ability of REM who rosse from 0.04p to 2p in literally 30 days.
Haunted The Polemos website continues to be haunted by the ghost of the late Jason Berry -- still claiming his seat on the company BOD and even insisting on his position as Chairman of the Remuneration and Audit Committees. Will Hamish call in the Ghostbusters any time soon? Stay tuned.
Re: Current MC £800,000 Morning wech,Information as to what PLMO is invested in is, to put it mildly, very thin on the ground to the point of invisibility. The only clues seem to be the photo's on the website, Agriculture, a bit of hard rock mining and mountain that looks a bit like an Australian sacred aboriginal mountain in Australia. That's about as good as it gets apart from being run by Hamish with previous Directors being David Lenigas and Donald Strang who are probably lurking somewhere in the background. It was DL, HH and DS in the 2012 reinvented the business of the company as an Investment Company involving a reverse takeover. Any clues to investments very welcome.YB
Current MC £800,000 with sp of 0.06p, as the a/c show the company is not that far of making a profit with the figures improving each year. The current sp shows every 0.01p is eq. to £133,333. So any deal of significants and this share will fly.A hyp. example £8m deal with put the sp at 0.60p going with MC at (0.8m/1524.41m) as it currently stands. If the company can show it can make a profit this may show interest then who knows. 31-12-15: Pre tax loss £0.15m (best in last 5 years), EPS - 0.02p (best in last five years). The company is going in the right direction and looking forward to seeing this last years figures in Feb time when released. The half yearly report in September showed loss of £0.06m, EPS -0.005p. Still improving would I be right saying Hamish is turning this company around. I think so, hoping for continuing improvement and some done deals this year. If this is the case the sp could be anything from 0.45p to even 1p if the right deals can be done and if we can get a positive EPS then fanastic news.
Realistic target of 0.25p Should not be to hard. Then at this point we would be hitting the double bottom struck in 2012, so this would be the next resistance level (major one).
O/T wech - Re your faith in Donald and Hamish, I couldn't resist any further, taking a holding in AFRIAG(AFRI)Not only Don and Hamish, David Lenigas in there. My reasoning for a small holding, Brexit coming over the horizon. The EU Common Agricultural Policy with all its protectionism gets kicked in to touch, trade Agreements with South African Agriculture and a logistics which seems to be well thought out.. Global reach. Take a look, must be worth a medium to long term punt. [link]
Re: Many low price shares Afternoon wech,Must agree with your sentiments and your faith in Donald & Hamish. I'm holding PLMO and would welcome a rise to 0.3 as I'm considerably down at the moment. On the strength of Donald and Hamish involvement I'm also in Doriemus, YB
Re: Many low price shares I was just asking on the context of PLMO as I would like a rise from 0.05p to 0.50p on the back of a genuine increase and not the back of a 10:1 consolidatiion which is want happens a lot. I have faith in Donald and Hamish and would like us to be headed nearer 0.3p at least by the end of the year.
Re: Many low price shares Morning wech,As regards a Consolidation of REM, do we already have the makings of a Consolidation of REM by the back door, 500 AIM listed REM for 1 ADR?The American Market, as I understand it, are not attracted to penny share Companies. Currently, the American Market can buy 1 REMMY ADR for $3.6325 (closing price last night) As American investors get switched on to Lithium as the New Oil share and Tesla, Ford, GM gear up for EV production, the demand for REMMY will surely grow in Northern America. As the slack is taken up in AIM, shares will be in short supply on AIM Does the Company generate more AIM shares to meet demand or does it stop, consolidate the remaining AIM, 500 for 1, or what. How ISDX factors in to this I don't know.ADR closing below, [link]
Many low price shares I have seen in recent years a lot of these low price penny shares tend to increase on part of a share consolidation such as 'Sigmaroc' today who rose from 0.375p to 43.595p today with 104 shares to every 1 share. This company also had a reserve takeover so I work it out that (0.375 * 104) = 39p thus not much of a rise. This would not be the case with PLMO would it as I would prefer to see a rise seen with REM from 0.04p - 1.95p as was on NO CONSOLIDATION.
Re: Happy New Trading Year Q4 I'm sure something will happen this year notwithstanding the past few years have been a bit dire. PRS have a large stake as has another investor - the resourse sector us coming into vogue so the timing will be right for this year.
