Re: Lee So now we have it - Lee on the Board together with the finance man from Solo Oil. Looks as if it could be Bison Oil floating with PRS involved. We will see.
Lee Nick Lee - PRS, appointed a Director of PIRES so it should not be long before a similar appointment is made at PLMO. Then the wheels should start to turn.
Re: Results Results 20161,524,407,464 times zero equals zero power threeThe correctness of the above audited figures vouchsafed byCI Prof Doc T. Urashima (MPFC), Chief Executive Auditor (CEA) and Chairman of the R&R and Wet Luncheon Committees
Re: Results Does anyone have the actually date for the result? Also a 14% rise today - what will it be on results day or is this buy on expections sell on results.
Re: Results This year the results could be interesting - not for what has happened because nothing has, but what could be happening. The existing BOD are not doing anything as they are busy elsewhere - they are simply holding the fort as Lee with 24% seeks a new direction. I believe there could be a further fund raise and a decent RTO. This will not IMO be an investment vehicle - PRS have the 24% holding to do a deal and I feel this could be an interesting time for PLMO. My thoughts.
Re: Results Last year it was on the Monday we recieved the results, which is a year this Monday coming, but the year before there did not come out until June, interesting.
Re: Buys I very much hope so, or is it just some topping up on the off chance? Personally, I would like to see some buying each day and so far 0 volume today.
Buys Someone interested ahead of the figures.
Results Last year we had them on 5 Feb and it will be interesting to see what if anything is mentioned following the new investors interest and what proposals there may be. Something must happen here soon ahead of a sector recovery.
Re: Interest Afternoon BOWOOD,Existing Directors have their irons in a few other fires. With their interest in other fields, you'd think they'd diversify the PLMO portfolio of investments. I'm currently following their interest in AfriAg (AFRI) along with DL. You'd think PLMO would want a piece of the action. If any clues are available, (say's he grasping at straws) they are in the photographs on the website, 2 are Agricultural, one are a few rocks and one is of a few Aboriginal mountains. Not exactly scientific research. At least the GUN and AFRI websites are a bit more open. I'm well down on my PLMO investment so I'm looking for a few rabbits out of the hat, PLMO, AFRI and others.Good luck.YB
Re: Interest Existing Directors perhaps concentrating on their other vehicle - GUN - and have left a clean shell for PRS to move PLMO forward. The agenda at the forthcoming AGM could be interesting as I am sure Lee will want/need to start something moving for the sake of PRS shareholders. PLMO will not be an investment company IMO but rather a RTO vehicle. We will see.
Re: Interest Investment information is extremely thin on the ground. Apart from their initial investments in 2012/13 Company all of which have tanked with the collapse of the price of oil Number of Shares PurchasedPrice per ShareTullow Oil plc 35,000 £10.44Ophir Energy plc 40,000 £4.10Pura Vida Energy NL 250,000 AU$0.39I just hope any subsequent investments, if any, are doing a lot better.YB
Re: Interest PLMO current directors possibly do not have the technical expertise or contacts to do a reverse takeover.Paternoster already has a proven track record in this field in Nick Lee and Amanda Van Dyke, and I am sure there will be work going on behind the scenes to find a suitable fit where everyone gets in at placing price.
Interest Some interest ahead of the figures - Feb last year - and the AGM. May be news of someone from PRS being put on the Board. Existing Directors don't seem to be interested and may bow out.
