Re: 2015 That is an interesting development,it would make sense for Piri to have someone on their board ifthey are going to be deeply involved with the IPO.
Re: 2015 Thanks for that accounter - no smoke as they say
Re: 2015 Bowood this might interest you - this was just posted over at a.d.v.f.n on their PIRI forum22 Jan'15 - 12:36 - 2903 of 2903 Guys a very interesting development this morning, piri recent board appt Mr John May has just been appointed to the board of European Lithium and also on to their audit committee.Reason this is of interest is their was a rumour around last week that Piri are going to invest in their upcoming IPO.Is this a coincidence ?
Re: News Seems to be some interest in AVP - maybe this will help PIRI if there is a deal there.
News There's been a fair amount of activity here over the last few days and it may well be that news is about to break. The year ended in October so we could be in for some news shortly.
Re: 2015 GB. I am sure there will be positive news soon which will be driven in part by the stepping down of two directors and the appointment of two influential ones. I think they will try to get the sp nearer 0.10p which is par value and then raise more cash. I also feel they will look to involve AVP where PIRI has taken a 13 per cent stake with Redmond also taking a position. May well see PIRI nearer 0.10 by the end of January. Further moves on Lithium could see another REM
Re: 2015 Bowood,i think we have a very interesting situation here with Piri on a few fronts,i am eagerly awaiting the next news release & updates. Some decent action on this share today .
Re: 40% + A further click up tomorrow as the potential filters through
40% + Some nice action this afternoon, hopefully a big week ahead! Topped up this morning too
AVP PIRI has taken a useful stake in AVP and so has Redmond and has also become a Director. Perhaps AVP may also have potential.
Re: 2015 I understand that there is something going on but I am without any knowledge so cannot add. All I know is that there is some smoke and were anything to break regarding any interest in Lithium then the current sp will be left well behind. In any event worth a punt at these levels, or if like me already in, a top up.
Re: 2015 Bowood,i agree with your comments, pires appear to be in a very good position right now and thenew management seem to have put things on a firm footing fairly quickly. In ref to European Lithium i understand that they were due to conduct an IPO late last year and wereoriginally intending to float off around 30% of the company, but due to overwhelming investor interest and recent positive developments in the lithium market they decided to re-structure the public offering.I have been informed that PIRI are very likely to be involved in the initial float and i personally believethat the two recent director changes here is connected.Piri have just appointed two key directors thatjust happen to have history and experience of both IPO,s and offshore company registration and taxmanagement.European Lithium Ltd are registered in the British Virgin Islands but will be listed on the london exchange in the IPO.So thinking aloud it is possible that Pires could be more than just a Pre IPO investor for them but maybe also in some advisory capacity at board level.
Re: 2015 We also have Bruce Rowan as a shareholder so I am sure that he would be supportive of any cash call.
Re: 2015 Bowood / GrowbagsI will be joining you guys here this week Like the sound of that European Lithium IPO,i would be amazed if the CEO here was not aware orinterested in that company,as they will soon be the only Lithium producer in europe and the EUconsumes around a quarter of current global lithium production ( all imported ).Quite an opportunitywith some very serious upside on offer when that hits the market !
Re: 2015 Thanks for that GB. PIRI have never gone out of their way to seek investor attention and maybe they are that dark horse. As you say they have cash and their investment in Rame looks interesting. The new DIrectors would not have put themselves forward unless there was potential in any new investment. Some time ago a couple of investors put £500k into the company at 0.10p and although they are well down on their money I'm sure those investors are not looking for a quick turn. PIRI could well be the one for 2015 and the current sp is a good price to top up as the cash and liquid assets are worth more than the current m/c.
