Typo For Isi Bob please read III BB - damn predictive iPad!

Twojoes 17 Dec 2015

Decisions Just trying to figure this out. I checked my holdings & the proposed £1.33 + 0.1455 arris shares is about £800 less than the current Pace share price. Unless Arris's price goes up upon the completion of the deal, why would anyone keep them???

Re: Interesting few days ahead 19th I thought but could be wrong.I am sure it is in the details back a few weeks too lazy to check

Re: Interesting few days ahead Announcement today ? Re Brazil final hurdle completed ? Supposed to be the 17'th.Maybe by Friday.R.

Re: Interesting few days ahead Think a fair amount of PIs probably getting cold feet and wanting to cash in - like I've said before, perfectly understandable. Personally, I am happy to hold further as think there is a lot of upside post this merger into the New-Arris company. The combined synergy looks very favourable and I think the US market will like it !!So, am still riding this train R.

Re: Interesting few days ahead Gordon - I think a Champagne bath will be more in order! The Fed 0.25% interest rate rise well factored in now and any ups and downs produced by greedy MM's as always.Pace are well undervalued now and not much time left to make up the shortfall.......Do not forget also [link] Pace vanishes - somewhere to let off steam and inform ex PAce holders what you are doing with your Geld
