Arris Insider Sales ARRIS International plc (NASDAQ:ARRS): $27.32Shares of this media entertainment and data communications solutions provider were sold by 2 insiders: President - North American Sales Timothy R. O'Loughlin sold 119,567 shares for $29.78, generating $3.56 million from the sale. SVP and Chief Information Officer Philip Charles Baldock sold 54,687 shares for $29.07, generating $1.59 million from the sale.Anyone tried to post on the Arris Discussion? It takes my comments but does not update.....

Re: cash payment Just received a letter from Share Centre to tell me of delay in shares being credited to account but cash still scheduled for 18th.

cash payment My nominee account, with Barclays stock brokers, not showing any cash payment. Has anyone else experiencing similar issue?

Arris Share Price Never mind mid $30'sI really feel that +$50 could be achieved very quickly once the figures start getting crunched.Once the Chinese market settles and Investors in the US get their eyes back on the ball.Some big institutions will want on board at these good prices.

Re: Cash Transferred Now gotmy payment and New-Arris share allocation. As Arris price fallen, by my calcs equates to £4.05 Am hoping for recovery by end of this year and will probably bail in the mid $30s.Good luck all. R.

Cash Transferred Money in my trading account as of today Friday.Also think shares are credited too, i will see when Nasdaq opens.Maybe buy Arris and make a quick few Bucks

Always our Bad Luck If the 'Chinkies' had not put an almighty spanner in the works I am sure that the 'Buyers' would be getting some in by now.Well lt's hope that once the dust settles the New Year tipsters keep Arris in their sights....[link]

Well Arris now heading towards the $28 level Obviously huge negative affect from the general market turmoil re China and unease in the ME.Not what I'd hopped for, and now thinking maybe I should have bailed ? Who knows, still think once the dust has settled New-Arris will outperform in 2016, but things have not got off to a good start generally. Hope I'm proved right !!!Good luck for all in 2016 ! R

And finally...... I marked this Hold, since it seems we currently have no choice. This in, this morning from my broker:############################################Our Corporate Actions team have been advised by the US Transfer Agent that the new Arris shares will be delivered to us in a Holding Statement, rather than being credited directly to our CREST account.Upon receipt of said statement they then have to transfer the stock into our CREST account, reconcile the holdings and then credit the new shares to the respective client accounts.As yet they have not received the statement and are therefore unable to provide a timeline of when to expect the new shares in Arris. The situation is out of our hands and we are reliant on the US Transfer Agent getting their act together in sending out the Holding statement.We will let you know when we have an update.###################################################Ho Hum....
