Powerhouse Energy - Align Research Hello Ripley94 I have no idea there. I will have a look. You asked me to define why I no longer invest in ITM. Soon PHE will produce hydrogen one third the price of ITM, Who in the future will buy ITM hydrogen when they can buy it from PHE at a large discount. ITM only have around 7, or 8 hydrogen car stations, but PHE will soon have a lot more, 200 planed in the next 10 years. Toyota will be selling cars from PHE sites in the future. Just give it time for PHE to come good. The plastic waste will be at a price to who recives it, one of the reasons that PHE will be cheaper. This is why I invest in PHE over the next few years. (PowerHouse is currently collaborating on detailed site operational requirements, delivery programmes and framework contracts for 6 client sites in the UK market. Planning and permitting assessments are being progressed on the potential clients’ sites under negotiation, in readiness for formal submission on initial contractual agreement. In parallel, potential customers/partners are undertaking their own due diligence on the DMG® process, potential operational savings and the speed with which plants can be delivered. When complete, heads of terms would need to be agreed before signing a formal contract, with head of terms with at least one customer expected in the next quarter. Crucial to the actual building of the plants, it is expected that engineering and site assembly of each DMG® unit will involve an EPC partner. In this respect, PowerHouse has been approached by several blue-chip companies, each with worldwide delivery capability. PowerHouse has already put in place all the operational systems, procurement, contractual and licensing frameworks necessary to engage with such EPC partners.) Loads

Powerhouse Energy - Align Research Hello TOT that is six times the current rare. Better than VRS last year. Shares in PowerHouse currently trade at 0.41p, to capitalise the business at £7.6 million. As set out in our update note of November 2018, our DCF model (using a very conservative discount rate of 20%) suggests a value of 2.45p per share, some six times the current level – and that is only considering licence income on gate fees and power production, without accounting for any sales of higher value hydrogen. In our view, the company remains in a sweet spot to take advantage of the range of positive drivers across the waste management, clean power and hydrogen fuel industries. Our stance is unmoved at Conviction Buy. Loads

PHE. the_old_trout Hi loadsadough Thanks for confirming that i was confused. Did you sell for any particular reason . ( "ITM the other one " i guess ) What made you change you mind on that one ? I can only guess again you bought back very quickly here . I’m not sure Buffett would invest in AIM shares at all i am beginning to think they are mostly a con. I thought it might be just my ability / lack of education, but Woodford is not in that category and a few of his picks have gone bust.

PHE. the_old_trout Hello Ripley94, I did sell PHE last August, but I bought more when it was around 0.33p, and added a lot more since then. I just have now PHE, and SXX, I have now sold all my VRS. As Buffett would say, It does not matter what others say for now, or in a years time. What will matter is in say 10 years from now. You mentioned Waste2Tricity. (Low carbon energy from waste Established in 2008, Waste2Tricity is a structured solutions provider to the energy-from-waste (EfW) sector, an industry supplying increasing amounts of electricity using feedstock diverted from landfill). It looks like one that can help PHE, and they other one you mentioned by helping to sell there products in the world. Worth watching IMO. [link] Good luck. Loads

PHE RNS Change of Directorate Hello TOT. www.ii.co.uk have done this one. I see from this one that David Ryan will become an acting chief executive. I am not surprised what has happen as in my opinion he had to much work to do, meetings, videos, and loads more work. So he needed a break to let his mind recover. The new director could be IMO our goverment help to find a person who can look after plastic waste, and tyres. Also it could be someone from Toyota, or anybody else, we shall see what happens. It will be better when it happens. Yesterday it when up by 3.66%. who knows what will happen next week. I am just waiting for it to go up. Yesterday one of the new ones came along, More to come as time goes by. Here is iii information. PowerHouse Energy reveals management change 08:11 01 Feb 2019 Technical director David Ryan will become acting chief executive recycling The resignation is effective from February 1 PowerHouse Energy Group plc (LONHE) has announced that chief executive Keith Allaun has resigned with immediate effect amid “extenuating personal circumstances”. “The increase and upgrading to our management team this past year have been of significant benefit which led to the completion of our commercial design, our statement of feasibility by DNV-GL, and the progress in finalising planning and permitting,” Allaun said in a statement. READ: PowerHouse Energy clarifies intellectual property position “It’s become clear more recently that we require a seasoned commercial and professional manager at the helm of the company.” David Ryan, presently technical director at PowerHouse, will become acting chief executive. Chairman Cameron Davies, meanwhile, added: “Keith has stewarded PowerHouse through challenging and changing times over his tenure on the board and leading the management team; he has been responsible for considerable achievements for which we are very grateful. “We wish him every success in his future challenges and we respect his privacy at this time.” Loads

PHE RNS Change of Directorate Well that was a bit of a shock this morning and the initial market reaction was as I expected, but looking at the subsequent recovery it seems that there must have been a plan in place so that significant shareholders would step in. David Ryan must therefore have their support and that is all to the good. Will be interesting to see how he comes across at the investor presentation later this month - and hopefully on the back of some decent news. ATB, Tot
