Re: The saga continues Was just thinking the same thing loot. All our money gone on legal fees and admin costs over the past couple of years. We may get it back but more will be required to develop the asset, but at least we now have a confirmed asset to develop.
Re: The saga continues Great news, well done everyone who kept their nerve. It will be interesting to see how the General reacts on his blog. As this was the Supreme Court, I believe he does not have the right to appeal. He also owes PFP £1m in legal costs. I'm sure Nick Trew will release further details in the next few days. I expect the share price to reach 2.5p soon but we will need a cash injection if we are to develop the asset.
