Re: Kenmare v Pathfinder Unfortunately PFP will have to prove ownership via Supreme Court; until then no major will touch us with a barge pole. Imagine you are employed by a major - how do you sell the idea to your boss to bid for a company who may or may not own the assets it claims. Too much of a risk for a salary man. Kenmare v Pathfinder So, Iluka value KMR at £170 million . Which one would assume is fairly cheap and a smart move to link your shares to your prey .This means that a £50 million valuation for PFP is not out of the question IF , the General decides to play ball. Remember that if has been extended for about four years now .
