February FT Been invested since 2009 and now sitting on a substantial and somewhat embarrassing loss ( affordable I might add ) An article from the First FT on 15th. February 2015 has a few telling paragraphs from both Dragon and Worldview's Moskov about asset values when the SP was 139p and the MC c£300mFingers crossed and good luck all lthMT.

Re: RNS... Unfortunately the largest shareholder has not been able to stop these you know whats spending us into oblivion. Hence we have massive debts from many high risk ventures and not a cent to show for it.It appears we now have not got the funds necessary to keep us afloat and develop the one asset we seemingly had all along.Also, they keep selling or disposing of assets in a fire sale manner with minimal or no return (and the PI shareholders only ever hear about it when it's a done deal). Next they'll be tapping us up for more money - good luck with that - needs a change at the top before that'll happen.

no surprises Well - it appears to have been an open secret that PCI were looking to sell some or all assets and the only aspect I'm surprised by is the length of time it took them to announce it to the market and declare an "offer period".Perhaps I'm also surprised by how little the Egyptian offshore blocks went for given how prospective they are. I realise they are in effect a liability at this time but to make a loss is a shock...We know how much the base value of the algerian assets are, and it's significantly in excess of the company value at the moment, so it should, in a rational world, be a safe return on an investment at this price. The lender's are being flexible so i also believe they know a deal is already in the wings.

I think ... That the BOD of this company need to focus,on what is at stake here..before its too late or is that what they hoping to achieve, they certainly haven't achieved much else whilst in their tenure !!! EARTHLY
