Glad to see Leonoff is out of First Equities Glad to see that he is out of dealing with these these sharks. Wasnt good for his reputation. All IMHO of co
Re: need some movement Well the reorganisarion he put in place should leave him free to lookout for the next big step forward. That is what I am waiting for.
need some movement Hope this moves up to £5 soon, sitting on £150k so could do with selling some as I had bought more than I usually do.
Re: Leonoff - First Equities I think the 'goo' made some sense tbh! I'll second your weak buy with my own and am looking for a value well over £5 before year end.
Re: Leonoff - First Equities Apologies for spelling. Among other typos, the key one should have read 'no end of good', not 'no end of goos'!
Re: Leonoff - First Equities Yes, I noticed that and had intended to comment on it. The guy who brought a heap of dirt onto himself, for dealing with Equities First, was the Tiungsten guy, or should I say the ex-Tungsten guy. I was disappointed by Leonoff getting ivolved with them. SAlthough it is called a loan, thye have the right to buy and sell the shares, and therefore influence the SP, at will during gthe period of the loan. So ghlad to see thta you have grown up Mr Leonoff in terms of financial probity. I am sure that it will do your standing with PIs in particular no end of goos. In te meanrtime, now that you have more time after your recent senior appointments to go out and acquire some extra profitable buainess to grow and further diversify, I am sure we as PIs look forward to the next big boost.in the business and SP. In anticipation, I give this a weak buy at the moment since I am planning to add to my holding. With 5 brokers giving it a Strong Buy and the other 4 a Buy, and the target price around 28% ahead of the current price, I think it is worth a bit of a ;punt.
Leonoff - First Equities A number of observers have commented on Leonoff as being highly competent, but having a 'wide boy' streak. Interesting to see the RNS of 24 March that he has moved to clean up a dodgy deal of the past...24 March 2017 Paysafe Group plc Director's Repayment of Fixed Term Loan and Return of Full Share Ownership Rights Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, the "Company" notifies that Joel Leonoff, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has signed irrevocable instructions to repay in full, from Mr Leonoff's available cash funds, the amount outstanding under the loan agreement (the "Agreement" between Mr Leonoff and Equities First Holdings, LLC. The repayment will take place on 19 April 2017 and within five business days of that date, full ownership rights of the 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" previously held as collateral by Equities First Holdings, LLC during the 3-year fixed duration of the Agreement will be returned to Mr Leonoff. The Agreement will also then terminate. Following the repayment pursuant to the Agreement, Mr Leonoff will continue to have an interest in a total of 9,768,580 Ordinary Shares, which includes the 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares referred to above, representing approximately 2.02 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Terms of the Agreement were announced on 1 April 2014.

Re: Buy back Take a look at the users profile. A fairly prolific s--tposter I'd say. Ignore is probably the best policy.[link]
Re: Buy back All very interesting! What are we supposed to take from this staggering information. I would be interested in any background, the why's and the wherefore's - you know, the usual useful information one finds on a good BB.
Re: Buy back Out for now sold remainder @ 454p .( not many )4 & 13 Oct 15.19/3/16 ( 17/3/16 * )23/8/16
Normality returns Stigma of the shorting exercise seems to have worn off, consequently the SP is motoring away and positive sentiment abounds - not too long before £5 is cracked IMHO.

Re: Results The bears are always in the background with this share. Remember, quite recently, there was the indication of malpractice. Then there is always something I can never forget - Leonoff srtill has some 4 million ($ or shares, the former I think) with that organisation where it is regarded aas a loan which he can buy back at a point in the future. In the meantime, they can trade the share, and no doubt will do so. with consequent ST effects on the SP. There is always that association with Ed Truell, and Tungsten where he did the same but in a much bigger way.Leonoff still has a bit of a wide-boy image which he is working at, and achieving in my view. The corprorate governance chnages are a step in the right direction. He is clearly bent on futher growth with the changes in the board freeing himself up for M&A activity. Let's see where that goes.Broker forecasts are for an SP 36% higher than it is now. Of the brokers advising investors to act, 5 say strong buy and 4 say buy. That's pretty strong advice. Yet, there is always that little bit of concern in the air about this share. Exciting isnt it? Well can be bowel moving too!
Buyback resumed Good to see the company respond to this nonsense by resuming the buyback.I smell burning shorters!
