they dont have to issue a formal RNS as they are not listed on AIM.

There is no RNS. I have emailed the company, as of yet no response. Also i check on [link] yet no RNS. the last one was 22/10/2014. The wait continues yet you may have to accept the facts that our money is gone. Just use it as a tax right of against UK CGT O + )))
