None No shares held but more luck than judgement if I am honest!!I got out at 4.65p. Always had a had gut feeling as time dragged on!!Never trusted the legal system on being fair (since I had a divorce!!)

Have a good Christmas all and move on!! You can never count on bodies of individuals to make fair decisions (look at FIFA)!! Corruption everywhere is rife!!But, it always worried me, that on this site we were only ever fed one half of the argument!!Hard luck to all those left holding at the end!!

Unbelievable That's really putting the knife in and turning it, 2 days before Christmas.Feeling sorry for everyone, especially long term holders and Richard.Will be fascinating to read the details of the decision, although depressing at the same time.Try and have a good Christmas all, it has been an interesting journey on this board, haveLearnt a lot and thanks to everyone for their posts, research and links, but never ever thoughtWe would end up worthless, which we surely will?

To all Oxers - and DavidUzbek Well, the contrarians were right, and I applaud you daviduzbek for again speaking sense, among all the cat calling and dissing that goes on through these message boards.It's hard to fight against all the noise - and you've been correct on Oxus twice now.I'm really really sorry for anyone who has lost a bunch on here. I ploughed some back in recently, which I'm p*ssed off about - againstt my gut feeling, which makes me feel worse.I hope that people, haven't lost too much and hope that people can move on and learn from this.If you see a profit, maybe top slice a bit.The most horrible thing here for me is the time this all takes - what a joke. Years and years and then this. This IS NOT JUSTICE. It's a JOKE..This process could have been over in a year.Anyway, to all the many people on here , Louise my dancing partner ;o) - Paris will never be, Louise I'm afraid...BUT It's been BRILLIANT knowing you on here.
