Re: RNS Out of interest was looking to see how this preformed against Tern which Winny preferred when latter did a fund raise. It changed name to Sosandar 11/10/17.
Strategy Running gyms to gold mining to clothing retailing. What next? These people....
Re: New business venture I can only imagine TN but figure I'd probably write similar
Re: New business venture Hi Vachs, this is my third attempt to get through the iii filter without rejection. Guess what I tried to write!
Re: RNS Gold company ,Woman's cloths company ... Winnifrith thinks it makes sense lolTalking it up again.
New business venture Anyone fancy setting up a business in one of the most challenging markets out there? Just go and see Orogen, I'm sure they'd lend you £250k every few weeks.Have any of the board got experience in retail? Women's clothes? Online marketing? This venture smacks of desperation, I hope I'm wrong because they're playing with my already vastly depreciated investment. When will this start trading again? Any idea on timescale chums?
Re: Comical I made a small investment in this 'Company' a few years ago. Invested approx £1200 and sold when the 'investment' was worth £25. Why sell at £25? The company seemed to be poorly run, with poor communications and it just became very frustrating reading all the hype, promises of great things to come, which always resulted in nothing in reality - yes I should have done proper reasearch before investing and so should you! Personally I wouldn't trust this 'Company' with £25, I assume the Directors have large shoes, red noses, large wigs, colourful clothing and make up. Some people will find them funny, I just find them scary!
Oregon/Thread 35/Sosandar "Cash shell Orogen looking to buy Thread 35" [link] 35 have the Sosandar brand. "5 Minutes With Ali Hall, Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Sosandar" [link] . There could be some advantage from mixing clothing sales with editorial. When I google "Sosandar" I see "Up To 70% Off Sale / With 70% Off Itd Be Rude Not To / Treat Yourself, Guilt-Free". 70% off seems brand-damagingly high. Following the link to [link] actually gets "Up to 50% off - because the only thing better than shopping is sale shopping...", but with "30% off selected styles - ends Monday" on the top-left tab.
Re: RNS Ramped by hot stocks yesterday ( Winnifrith ) and his share blog today .' emergency share tip ' ..lolPlacing 26/7/16 @ 0.015 ( was there a consolidation ? )Another placing and O.O...... 21st March just gone @ 1.5p.
Comical Tick tock. What's next from this company? Pantomimes maybe? Slowey and Mooney have track records that make interesting reading.
Dodgy deal - avoid! Another bunch of amateurs posing as professionals with scam. AIM regulators hang your heads in shame!
Market Cap - Open Offer of £0.9m kind of says it all reallyI think this BOD should go on Dragon's Den to attempt to raise funds and give us all a good laugh! This co is not a 'going concern' under IFRS rules surely and ought to close down. Extraordinary incompetence.
Re: RNS In other words the management haven't got a clue how to run a company other than into the ground. Didn't this use to be a gymnasium before it got into so called more mining?
Re: RNS RNS.....Proposed placing with Turner Pope.Alongside OO at same price.Cash shell they are going to start a new business. giving up present one !!! And a pay rise lol
Re: RNS Have we been stuffed??
