Re: Miracles Don't lose heart yet some recent serious buying here for a reason imho It may be just a shell but it is a shell with dual listing in the mining sector and I believe a bit more patience will be worth it imho, dyor etc GLA
Re: Miracles Quite a few free lunches here dont you think..................................Richard Chase earns a salary according to public documents of £80,000 per year. This was reduced from a higher level last year. This may not seem unreasonable at face value, however, Nyota is a shell, therefore it doesn't actually do anything and his job is barely even a part time one at that and purely administrative in nature. One would hope that from this latest shareholder action that the Directors would realise that they have lost the right to determine what is the future for Nyota, if there is one. However greed is a strong motivation and it may take further shareholder action to remove these two scoundrels. The London Stock Exchange should be concerned. Allowing failed companies, such as Nyota to remain on its books only to allow incumbent Directors to loot what little remains of the coffers does nothing to boost its reputation. Stronger regulation is needed to protect shareholders particularly when companies fail.
Re: RNS I posted this earlier today on the MTR board, there is a strong connection imho. Watch the presentation right to the end and listen carefully to the questions at the end. dyor etc GLA[link]
