Finals Look good. Steady growth - 6th year increasing sales & profits. South Africa has had a good year. Strong cash flow. Improved dividend, which is giving us around 3% at current prices. They have some challenging targets, of 90% sales growth over the next 3 years (whilst maintaining return on capital.) If they can do this, then this will be a good share to own over that period. The increase in Pension deficit worries me, and one I don't really understand, (maybe someone with better accountancy knowledge than mine could explain.) It seems the deficit has increased because the stock exchange (presumably where the pension fund is invested) has had a good year.
Trading in line .....with market expectations according to the financial update. The share price has reacted favourably and I'm now in overall profit after drip feeding NXR over several months and averaging down. It's taken some time to turn around but hopefully NXR will soon climb back up to 20p.Casa.
Re: 7.81% Up ? What's the betting that Investors Chronicle are going to tip it this week and word is already out?
Re: 7.81% Up ? Also directors have been buying more shares in significant amounts last week. That is always a good sign imo. I now find myself in profit thanks to today's rise.Casa.
Re: 7.81% Up ? The Pound v South African Rand exchange rate has been improving over the last week which will improve profits.
7.81% Up ? Does anybody know what going on today ?
