Re: Weekly DNR report You gotta love this outfit, so in Feb they raised 2.1m and diluted to death with the words, Quote: ""These funds are expected to be sufficient to enable the Company to secure its first project""Then today, ahhh lets have another 1.1m and lash some more dilution, the punters should have forgotten what we said last time: Quote today: as we progress to the acquisition of the first project."What a joke,,,,, not a word on what thye did with the previous funds other than first project, WHAT first project ???? Pheonix, Ireland, Fyne, etc etc,,, ahhhhh forget those,,, lol lol.. lol....Now"With the continuing operations in Western Newfoundland we are pleased to be able to apply additional funds to support our activity on the potentially transformational marginal field strategy as we progress to the acquisition of the first project."+ 40m warrants,Feb 2017"Having repositioned our western Newfoundland assets and seen MFDevCo secure a collaboration agreement with COSL Drilling Pan Pacific Ltd, the Directors are pleased that significant institutional support has allowed the Company to raise funds to enable it to continue implementation of the business plan. These funds are expected to be sufficient to enable the Company to secure its first project using the low cost solutions devised and delivered by MFDevCo and the MFD Consortium."
Re: Weekly DNR report They do have a very limited number of status they use which dont necessarily match up too well.
Re: Weekly DNR report Strange,,, that is wireline intervention, not sure they will do much with that since this is going into horizontal wellbore.Other than scratcher the completion tubing and maybe swab the well back to intermittent life. All in my opinion!!!!
Weekly DNR report DNR report indicates that things are still progressing as of yesterday...[link]
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Hi SB,It was more a sarcastic approximation, but reality is that it is peanuts to what it should have been in the early days, really it is peanuts.on top of that, the words sideshow and marginal in the same sentence really says it all. and is all it is.All in my opinion mind.
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Push, I think you will pend that your % dont add up. Pl2002 is a nuog asset. Mfdevco have nada of it (there would have to have been a related party transaction if it had been shuffled out or other disclosure in the accounts had some of it gone to somebody else). So nuog still get 50% with no commercial downside risk, after pvf costs have neen paid (note to self wonder how much they are).Agreed given the large dilution it is much less per share. I found the chairmans comments re nf licences interesting in the last accounts. It os fairly clear to me that they view nf as a sideshow to the main event of marginal.
Newfie It's Friary night...half of Corner Brook will be bladdered on Screech by now.....come on...what's the gossip?
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Hmmm, I think the real answer to that is, the tab at the Shakespeare is cleared, the hobnob cupboard is re-stacked and they got a coffee grinding machine in the offices, current team ranking on Candy crush is at an all time high. One of the group has left the building after it was suspected that he had been dunking more than his fair share of the special guest "chocky coated hobnobs, it was initially denied but forensics revealed his personal mug had the deposits of a half broken biscuit within it, the result of his over optimistic evaluation of the perfect dunking time, and residual chocky stains were also evident around his rim.Apparently there is still about as much activity on Garden Hill as has been in the last 2-3 years, meaning ermmm NOT a lot... other than some goats grazing and doing the odd leap to avoid the occasional tumbleweed as it blasts past. No news on the blockage in the U bend and the pump, the pump,, well if it was sitting there ready for use, then I suspect the locals rolled up and stuffed it down the village water well as they had considered it must be junk someone had dumped at the site.Apparently MDF is the future, MFD just does not have the same ring to it and is so marginal that it isn't visible to the naked eye. There were murmurings down the docks that the crusty old Buoy that was a previously planned purchase for the flagship MDF operations was back on the table with a plan to forget using it for this and glue a humongous wind turbine on it and start turning the Phoenix licence area into a new windfarm since nowt ever came of the past efforts there either. On the whole, it's looking welllll,,, the same as it always has, with the only notable actual visible change being enormous dilution, the result being that Doubling the half of not a lot is ermm just a little bit less of not a lot. Actually think about it,, when it was Enegi it was a fairly acceptable shares in issue and anything NF saw decent hopeful movement. Today is is NoOG, which is 50% to the main man or there abouts 4 X the number of shares to back then, and 50% of everything GH going to PVF.So shareholders other than the main man have had every form of dilution possible known to man thrown at them and still nada to show. so that's gone from the original lions share to 50%, now 4 X dilution so 50% /4 = 12.5%, 50% of everything GH to PVF leaves 12.5% /2 = 6.25%, add to that PVF will take everything until their ermm costs are recouped. wellllllll it is going to have to absolutely flow at some raging rate to see a dime anytime the right side of retirement. So actually things have changed a lot from the good old days of PAP#3. All in my honest opinion mind !!!!!!!!!!!
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Hello folks how is everyone? Keeping well I hope . Have I missed much since I've been away ?
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill HI all. If work has stopped at the site that would be most concerning. Travis used to work on site if I remember correctly. I do not understand why they have not chosen to give us updates on each stage of the workover. They did this last time and that actually helped the share price. I will try and email the company again. This share sure does test the soul. Testing would involve round the clock monitoring.
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill One further thought. Given the way dnr permits work it may be possible that the ctu ops are completed and they need to go back to dnr for permission for the milling. I recall that with the acid soak each step seemed to have to be done only after getting the dnr say so
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Hi W2RI was totally taken by surprise he must have seen my page on Facebook and contacted me on messenger. I really hope he is wrong. I replied asking him to take a picture tomorrow with a newspaper in it showing the date. But as you say they could be at the next stage of the game and waiting on approval to proceed. Exciting times ahead me thinks.
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill W2R, yes he did. Brian is of course now PVF (or a least a significan front for all those involved). Travis was site manage for Pdip on ghs.
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Didn't Travis Young work with Brian Hickey at Garden Hill South in the PDI days before Dragon Lance? Any reason why he would contact you now Kmack?
Re: No acctivity at Garden Hill Kmack, would one expect a hive of activity? As W2R said they could be finished, they may be analysing. It could be anything really. Many possible reasons why it could look inactive. Not all bad. I am sure the co will RNS when there is information.
