Baeufort Regarding warrents I note that PXOG's RNS earlier states"Beaufort was the holder of warrants to buy 8,500,000 ordinary shares at 1.25p per share. Due to the administration under the terms of the warrant agreement the warrants have now lapsed."Wonder if that applies here. Also, could any recent placings been a way of them getting funds into their coffers in an effort to stay afloat. I note SOLO had one recently too. Haven't checked for any others.Probably nothing, just snowed in and bored.Si.
Re: mooB It's always been a share to trade. I suspect many that are telling you not to are those that do just that. How long have people been saying transformational news tomorrow...flow test results tomorrow? It was an ideal top slice opportunity the other day and you identified that yourself. As for the future prospects of nuog...you will have to make your mind up on that one. Good luck with that one.
Falling into place - eyes on MFdevCo None of us were happy with the share price yesterday, however we do need to stay real. To clinch these deals requires a lot of time and investment, whilst we hoped the last fund raising would be the end, it obvious required more. Just to draw up a contract for these billion dollar deals must cost tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of pounds in legal costs alone. Personally I think we are very close to getting a deal, probably more like 6-8 weeks away and they are putting everything in place, ready to go. There is evidence things are going to happen soon , NUOG who own 50% of MDFEFCO set up new subsidiary companies this week. Ask ourselves why MFDEVCO BRAZIL unless a deal is to unfold as rumoured on the LSE board. Why set up a Facilities subsidiary called China ? unless we are going to be facilitating products from that region. Really believe they are closing in.MFDEVCO FACILITIES (CHINA) LTD11228855 - Incorporated on 28 February 2018MFDEVCO HOLDINGS (BRAZIL) LTD11229434 - Incorporated on 28 February 2018
Re: Keeping all eyes on MFDevCo 'Billion dollar deals'. Cos that's how it works in the oil and gas industry is it? A company that doesn't have a pot to p*ss in and that is currently earning not a penny is going to go all Polly Peck on us any time now courtesy of China and / or Brazil. Takes me back a couple of years to when our hook-up with the Korean National Something Or Another was announced to great fanfare - but unfortunately, nobody in the world seemed to know who they were and it was all quietly forgotten about again. Probably turned out to be the North Korean National Something Or Another. Thanks for yet more wearisome 'inside track' nudge-nudge wink-wink, about yet another 'game-changing' moment coming, but I'd rather be down the bookies throwing cash into the FOBTs than give this squad another cent.
mooB seems appropriate (if that could be the reverse of a boom)I had a horrible feeling yesterday afternoon that this might happen. Always seems to be the case when I get back into profit. Guess it's back to the waiting game again. Ho hum!GL, Si.
Boom After 6 years of waiting( and averaging down) is this finaly going to come good.LSE board has gone into overdrive regarding a link to Brasil and China on companies house today.Gl, Si.
Re: Worth holding and not selling !! REA... Since this thread was created the price has doubled..... it was worth holding?
Re: Keeping all eyes on MFDevCo To that end do you think we are likely to see yet another placing before the big deal is done? Ed
Keeping all eyes on MFDevCo Firstly Happy Birthday last throw.Whilst we all know the company is in negotiations or discussions with numerous parties and are very close on securing some deals, I believe we might be a few weeks away before we get that announcement. The simple reason is that the bigger the deal the longer it always takes and we are talking about billion dollar deals. When the deals are this big the corporate lawyer will want to scrutinize everything and prevent any future litigation issues.I believe indications that we are are close to concluding any deal will come first from MFDevCo so that's what I am keeping my eyes on, it's a case of following the dots, who's doing what and who's involved.I really am looking forward to MFDevCo concluding the first deal, sitting back and watching what happens - I believe the rewards will be immense for everybody involved, the best part is that that is just the start, other deals will follow shortly afterwards and then the ball really gets rolling.
Re: ItÂ’s my birthday....... Happy birthday for tomorrow Charlie. Enjoy the Philippines, after 5 years I consider myself a serious holder but one that lost the faith many moons ago.I hope you get your 3p in a day or so, month or so, or in a years time, maybe Christmas but not saying which Christmas.

Re: Worth holding and not selling !! REA... The other thing Newfies are good at is being extremely hospitable while taking foreigners for a ride.. On this well they get costs first before profits are divided..,do we get milkef?
Re: Worth holding and not selling !! REA... Takes years to get oil out the ground though.me whinging.
Re: Worth holding and not selling !! REA... What makes you think Newfie shuts down for winter? Things don't crawl to a halt when they have a few inches of snow. After a 50 cm dump they will keep the trans Canada highway open. Pay 30 bucks and get your side road ploughed in a fee hours - no time for whinging there.
