Oh my goodness !!!!!!!!I thought i had done well turning a £1k investment into £23.20p but it looks at though my £23 will go down even further. When will i ever learn not to get attached !!!!!!!

consolidation The company is proposing to consolidate shares. These consolidations have never worked out well for me in any company in the past. This is just another dissapointment. I thought they were trying to control the cash but it looks like they want more money to go on a spending spree. imho

Also, I wouldn't invest in a company that didn't do their due diligence because in doing so they would realize what they are getting into. Poor judgement

Portfolio includes assets in the USA. If they are talking about the Permian basin lease they are buying from Alamo resources they will soon realize that this will be a liability. The numbers on the lease made me laugh. I am in litigation with Alamo resources for half a million dollars for services provided and they claim they can't pay because of financial troubles. They tried to drill new wells and didn't have much success. Seems like they are selling nostra terra oil and gas their problems so that Alamo can watch their hands and be removed from future courts.
