New Horizons Energy 1 llc BigtimecharlieYour post on lse last night got me thinking something not right!! so i have decided to carry on Digging and Posting.Today i have come across the following docs and others Filed in Oklahoma for Kingfisher, what i dont know yet is why they are in the "Name of New Horizons Energy 1 llc"(the mention of which got me banned from lse.Why do we have Rules of Aim for Transparency requiring Rns's if we can hide behind llc companies.Does anything belong to Ntog? is this the stuff that scares away institutions from investing?Unfortunately you have to pay to veiw them so dont know if i should throw some more money down the drain? Ice/Btc/Om on lse Hi fellow ntoggers, just a quick post to say that this is the last time i an posting anything on here , this is the only Site i post on and the only BB that i post on, unfortunately my last post which consisted of approx 20 words replying to Winnitall was reported and removed, it contained nothing offensive or libellous at all, so i have decided to stop posting all together, i hope we all can get at least our money back from Ntog in the future, but not holding my breath, good luck to you all, its been good being part of the Ntog BB here and on lse over the years good to have participated with you all, when allowed!!!But enough is enough.God luck everyone.ATB (Ges)

OM on Lse Hi OM,Ha Ha the Shorting mystery continues, are we? aren’t we?I would tend to go along with what Billy posted earlier, in the fact that there are so many small PI’s that we need Institutions to hold?But having said that, how do we know that they Don’t Hold, as you said, never has there been an Holdings Rns with reference to this!!500 million + shares in the Last Placing, placed with New and Existing Shareholders, you would expect some one to go over the limit?The Ceo needs to establish a clear and Transparent Path as to who Holds what, but then again so do’s the Broker and Nomad, as it is by LAW OF THEM BEING IN SUCH A POSITION THAT THEY ARE DUTY BOUND TO MAKE SUCH THINGS Known!!!Having said all this, it relates back to the Last known Shorting episode where the Trust of the Ceo went missing, at the time, myself and Fufkin kept posting the fact that we thought the shares were being shorted, everyone kept jumping on us and saying we were deramping, even the Ceo denied it!!! Then fufkin found the Shorting Document that proved Y A were at it, that document found it’s way to the Ceo, and he still denied it was happening.Then the Famous Increase in Director Shareholding RnsWe still don’t know where the Remaining 71043704 million shares ended up, or do we? Were they part of Y A Globals Fee for the Loan? So at this point they now don’t have any loaned shares but they own them outright?Further to the announcements of 29 June and 23 October 2012, Nostra Terra, the AIM quoted oil and gas producer with projects in the USA, announces that on 4 October 2013 Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer, received from YA Global Master SPV Ltd ("YA Global" 83,956,296 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares". Notable 12.01 on lse Why is it everytime something is delayed or Accounts, operations update not out, that the same old excuse " it's not the Ceo's fault as we are not the Operator" used?Look at Magp's Update this morning, Out on Time all the info is there, and they are not the operators, apart from one Well i think, How long doe's it atke to check what revenues have come in for what well from at most 6 Operators, Truth is, he has no respect for Shareholders and treats us all with contempt, doe's he not realise that Delayed News Flow and Operation Updates are what the Market Plays on and dont like, thats why the Price of the share is where it is today, they are playing on insecurity, and he is the only one who can cure that!!!! ffs i forget how many times i have posted these same facts, but nothing changes.Probably spending to much time on Prs/ Elephant Ect over on Prs he seems to be their next saviour, have they looked what a mess he has done here recently? they had better keep an eye out for the Shorting Guru.ATB (Ges)
