Re: Time to sell? I agree, it doesn't look as if it's to be going anywhere soon.
Time to sell? This is now trading at a 6.55% premium, has all the difficult to sell companies left to realise and an eye watering 5.75% ongoing chargeIs it time to sell up? Anyone else agree
'B' shares dividend In the notice about the recent issue and redemption of 'B' shares a 'small dividend' was paid on the 'B' shares on 16 June. Anybody know what the dividend per share was? Can't find anything on the NVM websiteG

Re: What on earth .... Ok mandator .... thats very cool ... thanksSAGE
Re: What on earth .... Return of capital: for each share the company is returning £2.575, so the ongoing value of the shares is reduced by the same amount.

Re: How is NRI doing now ? The fall in share price is nothing to be bothered about. If you look at the latest news for the company, you will see that it is going to return a large slice of capital to shareholders. This money will be paid to you in about two weeks. "...the NAV per Ordinary Share will be correspondingly reduced by the amount of the return of capital of 250 pence per Ordinary Share and the costs of the redemption. "The share is now ex-dividend, hence the fall in price.
Re: How is NRI doing now ? Not so sure about topping up!The price has plummeted and it looks as if there's some corporate action. Can someone translate?
Re: How is NRI doing now ? Correction, I bought 200, wish I'd bought 300.
Re: How is NRI doing now ? Well, I bought 60 in September at 821p and am showing an 8% profit at the moment so I am a happy bunny.Just wish I'd bought a hundred.
Re: How is NRI doing now ? The share price has recently gone up much faster than the NAV, so the price includes a substantial premium. However, the premium could go even higher, so it is still worth considering. (Unfortunately the NAV is only reported every six months so the actual premium is unavailable).
Re: How is NRI doing now ? Just had a look at NRI and it appears to be doing really great.Considering taking a small stake. But what's the catch?
How is NRI doing now ? Hi, any views out there ???? ...........SAGE
