Re: SP too low Hello Oxtrader: i, too, am looking forward to what is said in January. rights that acquisition should be revenue enhancing right away but we will see.The comment regarding the tv companies cutting ties is concerning though - hadn't thought of that but I guess it is a possibility if the PC minded start rattling cages.

Re: SP too low I believe that's the very reason it's being driven down! Lack of evidence & news to support a Share price of 10/11p.However on fundamentals alone, NetPlay's P/E is still in the negative as they still aren't making headway profit after costs & tax, I don't think the acquisition has any monetary value in the short term either apart from the extra head count.It was very early January when they reported on Q4 results last year - we'll have some news soon. On the shop front however:- They've made their sites responsive with site upgrades, a very basic but important requirement in Web development to support mutli-platform devices. This should increase KPIs for this quarter.- They finally(!!) updated their Super Casino App on the 1st December 2015 after a period of 2 years I believe it was! - I watch Jackpot247 sometimes to keep an eye on the program, they do have bonus inflation going on with the Show. Almost every week or month there's an extra bonus % on the deposit to both tie in new customers. This might have an effect on margins. I might be topping up with these prices to offset my losses (I bought in at 11p) to average down, I do think it's a stable enough company in the long run until one of the TV companies decide to cut ties with netplay!

Re: SP too low Now below 7p. This is plain daft given that there is 3p-4p per share in cash, no debt and the business is cash generative. Is the sp being driven down for a purpose, I wonder?

SP too low Think that the SP is now too low, especially as there is 3p - 4p or so cash per share.Henderson now above 13% too.It is to be hoped that the recent acquisition will bear fruits quickly... so I have topped up!

Re: 11.5p Hello Oxtrader - I'm still holding these but they appear to have lost their way. Recent pronouncements have not been great.Not impressed by the recent acquisition but waiting to see if it makes any difference to the bottom line. It doesn't seem that NPT is an acquisition target either.So I will give the directors a little more time to inject some umphh and will sell if it doesn't happen soon as frankly there are better investments elsewhere.

Re: Final Results Liked what I read so just topped up. See also that one of the NEDs has just bought 50,000 @ 9p.Thank goodness the BB thing is behind them. Just hope that they don't rush into a silly acquisition.sp underpinned by 4p cash ps - no debt.
