No surprise The suspension. You can't have an orderly market with the uncertainty of the EGM today. Seems like Judith's son has managed to unwind his mothers position to sit below the 30% so no bid required.Big stake though. I still think if voted through today the suspension lifted and price falls towards the placing price and wild swings over for the time being. Interesting day ahead.
Eh?! "ORDINARY SHARES OF NO PAR VALUE FULLY PAID (B65FK23) (JE00B65FK239) If you have any queries relating to the above, please contact the Company's nominated adviser on 020 7628 3396."I have a question - what in the name of GLOB (post refused last time due to inappropriate language!) is that supposed to mean?! I won't bother asking its NOMAD as its utterances seem about as reliable as the rhythm method!Speaking of rhythm...

Re: Scenario Certainly going to be an interesting day either way!
O/T: Follow CHL & OXS, Oxus about to move up!
Re: Scenario yes, but if EGM is voted down will the shares be suspended "pending clarification of financial position". I know that Cornhill have underwritten the placing but this is still a risk. Also, if voted down Judith could be forced to mount a bid.
Scenario So EGM tomorrow and if voted through presumably the short squeeze is resolved and with the placing price at .055 the share price is likely to retrace to somewhere near the placing price? Although could see .10 being a fair level with the money in the bank. The key is what they have lined up to enhance shareholder value. If EGM voted down - short squeeze on big proportions and price rockets?
when is the judgement day for NEW? I'm fed with this waiting game...
RE: SHOW OF HANDS HERE .... 4.5 million shares settled and NO vote confirmed through HL
1,240,000 - voted no - confirmed
Re: going No vote in a big way NWOGaction is aware of many comments from private investors, who have legitimately bought shares in New World Oil & Gas (NEW), but whose brokers have not received the shares in settlement. This seems to have interfered with a large number of peoples legitimate voting rights. NWOGaction now asks all people, who have bought shares in New World Oil & Gas with the intention of voting at the EGM on Tuesday May 19th, please to do the following on Friday;Call your broker as soon as you canAsk your broker for written confirmation that your shares have settled, your broker has taken delivery of your shares and that your votes have been processed. If your broker is unsure whether or not it has taken delivery of your shares, ask whomever you speak with on the phone to speak with the brokers settlement team. The settlement team will be able to confirm in writing if and when your shares have settled. If your shares have not settled, then ask when your broker expects they will. Again ask for confirmation of this in writing. Please keep all email correspondence with your brokers. It could become very important next week. Please email [email protected] to confirm if you have protected your investment and legal rights.
