Re: Forward Selling of Placement Agreed DT. Short squeeze of the century coming right up!

Re: HEAVENS!!! e_u - well my definition of a good trading op doesnt include NEW with its squillions shares, and nothing but hope to support it. It isnt even a penny share! Its a busted flush in my view! we shall see - I wish you luck if thats your strategy. AR----What was you saying? .... so nearly up 100%!Thanks me later
Re: What's the buzz... Now Kelleher is out, get rid of the rest of the Board and bring in some credible management to turn NEW around. Doc Holiday recommends voting down both EGM resolutions:[link]
Re: What's the buzz... Oh I don't know that they should let him off. Surely he could spend some of those multi millions he talks about or sell his castle Since when does stupidity get you off scot free - how can he present himself as a seasoned investor/tipster/blogger and then plead naivety It is the funniest thing I've read for ages!
Re: What's the buzz... My understanding, correct me if I am wrong but I do not think I am if the company's Nomad is to be believed(sometimes a fairly big ask I admit!),is that the company already had pre-emptive rights to issue the recent placing shares but is now seeking to increase the number of shares it can issue beyond its previous limits. So failure to pass the resolutions at the EGM will not make any difference to the recent placement issue of shares which will go ahead regardless. So I would be cautious about buying shares based on a short squeeze. They are perhaps worth 0.075 purely on a cash on hand basis plus or minus whatever value you put on prospects and management. An amusing side issue is that blogger Chris Oil aka Mrs Williams(his wife) by buying zillions of the forward sold placement shares technically broke 29.9% max holding level, after which a take over has to be made, by having a holding that was equivalent to around 50% of the shares officially admitted. But it is unlikely this will be enforced in the circumstances.
What's the buzz... ...tell me what's a happening! Specifically, is the bottom line that those who became naked shorters (whether wittingly or otherwise) will be spared because even if shareholders (which I guess will be those without placing shares because - erm - they don't exist yet) do not vote through the placing a white knight with the initials RI will ride to the rescue and pepper the place with new ones anyway that they can go on to use to close their positions without being pulverised? Would that explain why we've yet to see the short squeeze of the century? Is it that people don't know so that it's gamble as to whether this will happen? If it does I guess the SP will drift down to the placing price of 0.055p or whatever it was and the shorters will be happy as Larry (Grayson)? If not there could be a fair few trying to pull off a Reggie Perrin, as it were. This is all a bit mad.
Re: RNS - very interesting LOL!Case of "over googling" this Fred has a UK Mobile and has spent all of £20k.....and only has 3% of the company prior to formal admission of new shares.
today 23mill shares are 3%, but five days ago 342mill was 10%. The company and the nomad have no idea what to do, they are clueless
RNS - very interesting RNS this morning then with another individual Frederick W Peters taking a 3% stake. Something brewing.......There is a big cheese philanthropist and real estate magnate by that name in States. Mmm wonder if this is him?
